They should invest in training their tech support team to enhance customer service. Previously, we've encountered issues with communication, so it's crucial to address this through training.
Some features of Citrix ADM are available on the cloud, which could really be helpful if they were available on an on-premise version. At the moment, I can't explain it in detail since I don't utilize the Microapps or StyleBooks in the solution, even though both are available in the cloud version. However, they are not available in the on-premise version. So, I use the on-premise version.
They need to make the solution a little more familiar with easy study guides, learning videos, etc. Learning content out there is very minimal. They need to bring in more Youtube videos, channels, white papers, etc., along with other Citrix certs.
I think the interface could be better. I think some customers struggle with that. I mean, the learning curve takes a little longer than in other solutions so I think the interface and maybe training could be improved. I'd like to see another licensing model that could complement or be similar to licensing models of other networking solutions. It adds flexibility for the customer.

When a new version comes out, sometimes, my existing configuration gets wiped out. They should work on this so that my existing configuration doesn't get impacted with an upgrade to a newer version. There could also reduce frequent firmware upgrade activities and have a stable version so that once we upgrade it, we don't have to upgrade it for two to three years.

The process itself could be improved by making it more flexible because it has become really complicated to deploy. Implementing the application delivery mechanism model system has become more difficult over time and more complicated to handle. I would like to see a simplification of initials.
One platform for a consistent application delivery and security experience because nobody has time to learn multiple systems to manage ADC deployments. NetScaler is built with a single code base using a software-based architecture, so no matter which ADC form factor you choose — hardware, virtual machine, bare metal, or container — the behavior will be the same.

The tool's pricing is a pain point since we have many cheaper alternatives.

I would like to see the virtual and desktop license included in the pricing.
