ESET Endpoint Security is a good product for finding new devices and alerting administrators. It has always succeeded compared to other solutions. I never have a problem with security using it. It provides 100% safety for the environment and users. I rate it an eight out of ten.
I'm a reseller, and I work with system integrators in Italy. ESET tends to push the SaaS contract. I'd recommend the solution to other users. I would rate the solution eight out of ten.

We are partners with ESET on some products. We are now on the latest version of the solution. We use a mix of on-premises and cloud. The cloud deployment was introduced in the last year or so. I'd rate the solution nine out of ten. I'd advise others to use the solution as it is easy to manage.
My advice to others is this is a very good solution for email protection but for the EDR and SIEM, the integration is not at a high level. However, if you use it for traditional protection it is good. I rate ESET Endpoint Security an eight out of ten.

I'm using the latest version of the product. I'd advise potential new users to try the free trial and to experience the business security tools it offers. If they like the features presented to them, they could just go ahead and get it. It really, really helps in the detection of ransomware, zero-day threats, basically anything cyber security related. I'd rate the product eight out of ten. I would recommend the solution to others.
We're using the latest version of the product. All my clients are using ESET. I'd rate the solution ten out of ten. We recommend it to others all the time.
I'm an installer of ESET Endpoint Security, particularly its latest version. I'm rating ESET Endpoint Security eight out of ten. I'm not giving it a ten because the solution, being just an antivirus, doesn't do anything for me. I'm a customer of ESET Endpoint Security.
Regarding price policy, we prefer to get quotes in Turkish dollars, not in USD. For example, Sophos provides us quotations in Turkish dollars, and then we calculate the price in USD for our clients. It's much better if ESET quotes in a local currency, especially for software. Hardware may be more challenging to sell in a local currency. I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.

We're customers and end users. The management is cloud-based. All the endpoints report to the cloud. However, we have hybrid people who work from home and people who work on-site. Everyone has ESET. I'd rate the solution ten out of ten. It's great. If people want to try ESET, I would say, "Go for it." I love it. It seems to have everything I wanted, and it does a good job. I didn't have any problems. There are basically no problems with it.
I'm not sure which version of the solution we're using. Eventually, we were upgraded to the latest version. I don't recall the version number, however, we had the latest version. Potential new users should do their internal homework and make sure they have a scalable system, based on the on-prem requirements. As of today, it is better to go for a cloud solution. I'd rate the solution a seven out of ten.

Once you install it, it is very stable because you don't have to renew it every year. You just do an install and know you're protected. The installation is also hassle-free. Overall, I would give this solution a nine out of 10 for performance.

Technology is growing and changing fast. People are working from home, and office, products should be capable of handling the office and the home environments. This is the challenge. My advice to others wanting this type of solution is to check all the Endpoint Security solutions available. The threat signatures and sandbox features are good to have if there is an attack, they can detect them and give updates for their users. The faster the better. The cloud versions of threat detection solutions are very good and are really important. I rate ESET Endpoint Security a six out of seven.
I'd rate ESET eight out of 10. I think there's always room for improvement. However, I must admit that if I had to choose again and had the proper reviews, I might conceivably switch to a product based in North America. I've become quite sensitive to the political aspects of having offshore security software. That will probably be my most significant deciding factor if I change. Most antivirus programs seem to be decent. We haven't seen any reports of solutions doing a lousy job in the marketplace. I suspect all the big ones only do an okay job. The truth is that the best defense against ransomware is simply backup.

To set it up, choose a cloud. That's because it is easier to implement than on-premise, and you can use GPO to deploy the probe using Active Directory. By using the console, you can uninstall antivirus from other companies, and you can also set up some alerts. If there is anything you need to look at, such as malware detection, you can schedule alerts via email. I would rate ESET Endpoint Security a 10 out of 10.
We started using the solution based on the recommendations of several friends of mine who have much familiarity with computers and have simply continued to do so. While I don't recall the exact figure, I believe there are seven or eight users making use of the solution. We use it on our server, as well. I would definitely recommend the solution to others. I rate ESET Endpoint Security as a ten out of ten.
I would advise others to not install it along with any other endpoints security solution. Some people love to have two or more solutions, but it is meaningless. I would rate ESET Endpoint Security a nine out of 10.

I would recommend this solution only if they can add additional features. ESET have an EDR capable solution. However, they should combine the EPP and EDR together. When they can be simultaneously used I think it will be better and more towards perfection. I rate ESET Endpoint Security a six out of ten.
We are just a customer and end-user. We are not a partner or reseller. We don't have a special relationship with the company. I'm not sure which version of the solution we're using at this time. We're using the latest version of the solution. I don't know if it works, the Cloud solution. If it were just to migrate to ESET Cloud, I don't know if it would manage the internet traffic from the multiple clients on the server-side. I don't know if it's five years on a service agent that we need to install locally to control it and combine it. Overall, I would rate the solution at a seven out of ten. There are a few functionalities that I wish we had, however, it's not a bad product.

I have recommended ESET Endpoint Security to friends and colleagues already. As a technical person, I would recommend it based on its performance and the way in which it does not block you or get in the way when doing work. Although it could do more with preventing phishing, it catches most other problems. The solution is very good for what it is sold as, which is not necessarily a complete solution for security. And I would say that I got what I paid for. I would rate ESET Endpoint Security a seven out of ten.
They provide a free trial version. Install it and try it for yourself to see the performance and test the detection capabilities. Then you can see the result; that's what I remember the first time I tried ESET. Overall, on a scale from one to ten, I would give ESET Endpoint Security a rating of nine.

We definitely plan to continue using this solution. For my clients with small businesses, I really recommend this solution. I would rate ESET Endpoint Security a seven out of ten.
I think ESET is very good. It is at the top of its game. That is the reason we choose to support and sell it. We can easily recommend it to our customers with confidence. We are very glad to support this antivirus solution. On a scale from one to ten (where one is the worst and ten is the best), I would rate this product as a ten-out-of-ten. I think that right now it is the perfect solution.
It's still a very new product so I don't have all of the information. Maybe in a month or two, I will know more. There are many differences with other solutions such as IPS Firewall, VPN, cloud management, and multi-level cloud management, that I cannot compare as I have not yet experienced all of these areas with ESET. I would rate this solution a seven out of ten.

This is a good, all-in product. Even the home, end-user products by this vendor are very good. If you're serious about endpoint security then this is the only product you will need because it's a one-stop solution. I would rate this solution a nine out of ten.
