ESET is better in some ways than other vendors because it fulfills many areas where we'd otherwise have to use different products. I don't find it hard to use because I've used it for years. As ESET brings out new things, I intuitively know where things are. If I were starting from scratch with it, it would probably take a little bit of getting used to knowing how things function on the console and so on. But their help guides and so on are very good. I usually find what I'm looking for on the help site. ESET does what it says it does. My advice, on the technical side, is to look at online support and help to know how you set things up. And the online support is improving because they're making it a lot easier now to start from scratch. After all, you used to have to do a lot of setup in the background to get things to work. I rate ESET PROTECT Enterprise an eight out of ten.

I rate ESET Protect a nine out of 10. I've been working with this solution for a long time. ESET has constantly improved its products, for the last 35 years. There is still room for improvement, but for what it promises, it delivers flawlessly. It's an excellent product that helps you sleep better knowing your anti-malware environment is automated and pretty well protected. For ESET users, after optimizing the environment, I recommend checking the console a few times a day or enabling built-in notifications for early warnings. Automation should keep the versions up to date. Follow the vendor's guidance. If they suggest doing this or that as a good practice, you should probably do it.

I rate the solution a nine out of ten. The solution is good and very lightweight, but its automation can be improved. Nevertheless, I recommend the solution to people considering it because it does not require extra knowledge, and you don't need extra expertise to manage the ESET Protect Server.

We're both a customer and a partner. I am not sure of which version of the solution our organization is using at this time. We use just the antivirus software. We don't need to pay a lot of attention to it. Overall, I would rate the solution nine out of ten. It does everything we need it to do and it's easy to use.
We're just a customer. We don't have a business relationship with the company. We tend to use the solution's most recent version. We try to keep it updates. We remotely deploy the solution. If a company has technical individuals and they understand networking and antivirus criminologies, the solution would be good for them. For a novice user it might be quite complicated. In my opinion, it doesn't really have straight forward Wizards or base templates. It's got a lot of room for configuration, which is in some ways is fantastic - if you are technical. If you're not technical, it's probably a bit complicated. That said, there is documentation, and there are step by step guides, so a new user isn't completely blind going it. It's just more challenging. I'd rate the solution nine out of ten. Aside from the fact that it could be easier to use, I have nothing bad to say about it.
