The solution's security is very good. From a user point of view, we have a multi-level authentication mechanism, which really helps a lot. The solution gives alerts on mobile. If the person is not holding the mobile, the tool doesn't approve the access, which offers protection from scammers or hackers. As a startup company, we have people leaving and new users joining. I pay the monthly bill. I'm able to control my cost by deactivating a person's account the moment they leave. The solution is very flexible in managing the number of users, and you can control your cost according to your business needs. I recommend that users use all the authentication features, protect their data, and follow Microsoft's security features. Overall, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.

From an integration perspective, Microsoft 365 Business has Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Exchange. The product helps me deal with remote work. It is a collaborative tool that allows you to have everything in one place. The features of the tool that are helpful in team collaboration were very helpful. While using SharePoint in our company, if we have to work on an Excel sheet, then a group of people have to work on it, and if we share the sheet, we can have multiple people working on it in different areas. A couple of permissions have to be given for the people in my company to be able to work on a common Excel sheet and interact on a particular document. The tool's features that have impacted our company's productivity area stem from the fact that it allows users to provide certain permissions, wherein users can give other people permission to edit or view a document. When it comes to the security of the product, I would say that if you don't give permission to others, then they will not be able to access the document. It is possible to create a list with the details of the individuals who will be responsible for handling the document. It is possible to know if someone makes changes in a particular document that has been shared with them by the company. The product is straightforward, in my opinion. I recommend the product to those who plan to use it. If certain changes in the product happen, then users face issues with rebuilding Outlook profiles. If some integrations are required, our company faces problems with certain plug-ins because the tool offers a lot of features even before one starts to use it. There are certain things that people normally use, owing to which some plug-ins need to be added to the tool, though some plug-ins are available, and you can easily add them as a solution. Some plug-ins need to be created in the tool, while some are going to be outdated, so users will have to create them. In our company, we have moved from disintegrated applications to a unified approach. There is third-party software that our company needs to be able to integrate with Microsoft 365 Business. I rate the overall tool an eight out of ten.
Microsoft 365 Business is a cloud-based solution. I would recommend Microsoft 365 Business to other users. Overall, I rate Microsoft 365 Business an eight out of ten.
I rate Microsoft 365 Business an eight out of ten. It is a good and stable product. You can access files through any device at any corner of the world.
I rate Microsoft 365 Business an eight out of ten. I recommend it to other companies as it integrates effectively within the ecosystem. We can conveniently share the data across teams.

I would suggest you to start using Excel as a basic step because Excel has its own formulas and functions. They can begin with lookups in Excel and then subsequently move ahead with building queries. If a person has only Excel to work with, they can start with that. But they would need to have Microsoft 365 Business to proceed further with other features. Based on the Excel work that I have done using Excel, which is a part of Microsoft 365. So, for Excel, I would rate it eight out of ten. Therefore, I would rate the solution an eight out of ten.
I think it is a good solution, however, it requires an understanding of function materials. We use Microsoft almost every day with almost 130 users and in case we have more employees, we are looking to increase the usage. I would rate this product an eight out of ten overall.
It is an excellent and powerful program. Customers are upgrading the old Microsoft Office packages to 365 as it is the future. I rate it a ten out of ten.
I recommend the solution as it is the best in the market compared to other vendors like Gmail, Yahoo, etc. It is an apt solution for corporations because they get Microsoft Teams, wherein they can connect with their peers for any issues. I rate the solution as a ten.

While I don't have a clear picture of the financial outlay we are making for this kind of software, I believe that it can cover everything, including the processing of that system and that which relates to our CAC customers. All things considered, the software can support all of our use needs during our work time. We will certainly continue to use the solution. I would absolutely recommend the solution to others. It is easy to use, which is its greatest feature. There are around 1,000 customers making use of the solution in our organization. I would estimate that 90 percent of our workforce makes use of the solution. I, for sure, have plans to continue using the solution. I rate Microsoft 365 Business as a nine out of ten.

We are using the latest version of the solution. We are currently migrating to the cloud. Most of it's SharePoint, however, it's still a mix of on-prem and cloud. We have to do a complete migration to the cloud eventually. While there may be some open-source tools on the market, we find that you do get what you pay for and Microsoft does offer quite a bit. In general, I'm mainly used to Microsoft and have been happy with it. I'd recommend it to others. I'd rate the solution at a nine out of ten.

I would rate this solution at eight on a scale from one to ten. There are still a lot of companies, especially small ones, that still rely on on-premises or on a small partner that delivers old style Windows Office environments hosted somewhere locally. I would really encourage all of them to move to Microsoft 365, maybe coached or managed by a third-party. I would suggest that they think in this new style and help and support the use of Microsoft 365, an IT commodity, and not think the old way that it has to be installed and maintained the old way.

We are just a customer and an end-user. We don't have a business relationship with Microsoft. We use universal updates. The solution is typically on the latest version. The cloud deployment is constantly automatically updated. I would advise potential new users to prepare carefully on the business side. It's not just the technical implementation. It's how it will be used for business. There needs to be a plan in place. The most challenging part is simply making the business as a whole - including end-users - comfortable with the product. I would rate the solution at an eight out of ten.

That means that we obviously fill some gaps and we have developed specific solutions for document management and cache management and project management and stuff like that. We are adding functions to Office 365 and Microsoft 365 with WorkPoint 365. I'd advise that other organizations should think of it as a platform. My advice to anyone considering Business 365 is to go use it. It is a brilliant service delivery solution for small businesses as well as for larger businesses that don't want to be responsible anymore for their on-premise environment because if that should fail there is a loss of information and a loss of productivity, which they cannot afford. Even though this is the year of the cloud, I will suggest that instead of the cloud deployment, go for the in-house deployment. Microsoft 365 Business is the best when your business is growing up and you want to collaborate using these tools. In my current organization, we don't explore Microsoft 365 Business much. If you see the Microsoft product portfolio, our utilization is just 10% as of now, which probably is applicable to most of the organizations. It is being used just for mailing and the ATP. Our administrators haven't enabled anything else and aren't interested. The joint collaboration is not there, and people are not looking into that aspect. We are just using a product like Microsoft Teams just to make calls so that the telephone bills don't increase. We use chat for easier corporate communication and so that we don't have to type emails. However, there are many further uses of Microsoft Teams. There may be some companies, which are utilizing it a bit more. These are many products that you can integrate and make use of the investments. The monthly payment, which you are making, to buy and maintain this product can be over-utilized. Microsoft can also start promoting what can you do more with this product. Currently, they're only telling that this product is available, but they are not specifying how you can collaborate and integrate with other products. The software companies are taking advantage of bringing AI, which can work. I promote AI, but it should be used for convenience, not for replacing or eliminating mankind. I would rate Microsoft 365 Business a seven out of ten.
I would, of course, recommend Microsoft for all people. Microsoft always meets your expectations. I would rate Microsoft 365 Business a nine out of ten. I think it's a complete application. They just need to enhance the performance of Excel.

The challenges with technologies are very dynamic. It changes daily based on the requirements and the scope. If we look at the world right now, we are moving towards digital platforms at our premises due to the non-contact, issues of working from home, being able to pay people, and needing to have meetings. Proof of concept is okay when you are trying to purchase or have a trial to purchase. You start the first month on a free platform. It is nice because the first month is free. This solution requires a lot of money. It's a huge expense and it's a concurrent expense. You don't just pay it once, it's going to be continuous and you pay annually. Unless there is a huge impact on the business, then it would be worth going for it. If there is no impact on the business then you can use it on-premises and work with the old office. I would recommend this solution for newly opening businesses that need collaboration and communication that requires the internet but doesn't need a fixed place to work. They should go with Office 365. They are going to pay every year but they will be saving a lot of money for electricity and maintenance for the telephone, voice, VOIP, IP telephones, internet, and subscriptions. The security is also important, it's not exposed to everybody. You won't need an IT department because one person can handle everything. I would rate this solution a nine out of ten.
Pay attention to the migration of the daily solution to the new solution. This is the most painful part. You can pay online for the migration from the old email server to the new one. I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.

My advice to people who are considering the use of this product is that if you are starting from scratch — from absolute zero — take some courses or training in the product to make sure you have some basic understanding of each of the products in the suite. You need to know what they do and have some basic skills or you will spend a lot of time finding out for yourself what is already easy to learn. On a scale from one to ten, where one is the worst and ten is the best, I would rate this product as an eight. What it can do in the next release to be closer to a ten is to integrate the components better. I would like to see all of the functionality come together in one workspace. I would prefer not to have the work separately with an Excel spreadsheet and a separate PowerPoint interface for presentation and a Flow interface for workflow. This is a little clumsy. I would prefer further integration of all the products into one single solution so it is not necessary to switch back-and-forth as you work. Or have the option to customize how you integrate according to the way you work.

I recommend Microsoft 365 Business and rate it an eight out of ten. Its user interface works fine.

I would rate Microsoft 365 Business a seven out of ten. I will recommend the tool for corporate email and document management.
I rate Microsoft 365 Business an eight out of ten.
I recommend the solution as it is the best in the market compared to other vendors like Gmail, Yahoo, etc. It is an apt solution for corporations because they get Microsoft Teams, wherein they can connect with their peers for any issues. I rate the solution as a ten.

Go with the desktop installation option.
Office 365 apps can be installed on up to three devices. So, it will cover office, home, and tablet/laptop.
We're very used to Microsoft products and they're part of our daily activities. I'm sure our usage will increase. I rate this solution nine out of 10.

My understanding is that we are using the cloud deployment model, or maybe a hybrid. Some parts are cloud, some parts are local. We're using the latest version of the solution at this time. However, I cannot speak to the exact version number. I'd rate the solution at an eight out of ten. We have been happy with how it works in general. I would recommend this solution to other users and companies.

I rate the solution seven out of 10.
The Microsoft mail server is a very strong and stable solution, good for business reliability and usability rather than some of the smaller email solutions or trying to host the solution yourself. I rate this solution nine out of 10.
You know exactly what you are going to get whenever you use it. It won't necessarily wow you but it gets you from point A to point B, and that is what is important. I would rate Microsoft 365 Business a seven out of ten.
I am really very happy using this solution. I am comfortable using it and have asked my team to offer this solution and I have included it as a part of our portfolio. I encourage my team to offer this solution to some of our customers who are not yet with Office 365. We have our own management portal and we are partners with Microsoft. I would definitely recommend this solution to anyone who is not yet using it. I would rate Microsoft 365 Business a nine out of ten.
I would highly recommend this solution to others. I rate Microsoft 365 Business a nine out of ten.
I'd rate the solution at a nine out of ten. If the process was a bit more seamless, I'd give it a perfect score. However, for the most part, I'm happy with the capabilities.
I would recommend this solution to other users. On a scale from one to ten, I would give Microsoft 365 Business a nine.
I rate Microsoft 365 Business an eight out of ten.
I rate Microsoft 365 Business an eight out of ten.
I would recommend this solution without a shadow of doubt. I would rate Microsoft 365 Business a ten out of ten.
I would rate Microsoft 365 Business a seven out of ten.
We're just a customer and an end-user. We are using the latest version of the solution. We are like customers. Even if we do not sell these kinds of services, when customers ask us for advice, we recommend them to move to Microsoft. One of our business lines is in GDPR. For that, we recommend them to move to something which is completely secure. Microsoft Office 365 is one of them. We recommend customers move to Office 365 for that reason.
I would recommend this solution to others who are interested in using it. I would rate Microsoft 365 Business a nine out of ten.
I'd rate the product at a ten out of ten. We've been extremely satisfied with its capabilities. I would recommend the solution to other organizations.
I think it is a very good product and would recommend new users to try it. On a scale from one to ten, I would give Microsoft 365 Busines a nine.
We are on the cloud version of the solution. We're always, therefore, on the latest version of the product. I'd rate the solution at a ten of ten. I'm very pleased with its overall capabilities. I'd recommend the solution to other users, due to the fact that we have had such a positive experience.
I have no problem recommending this solution. I would rate Microsoft 365 Business an eight out of ten.
I would recommend that they review the licensing and the abilities. It's not difficult to add to things after that, but you may get some additional features if you decide to upgrade your licensing. I would rate this solution an eight out of ten, because it does absolutely everything that I need it to, and it has the ability to do more, but it's not necessarily the most straightforward.
I would recommend this product to others. With respect to the services that are available on O365 and the kind of applications that are available on the O365 platform, it is pretty good. We will keep using it. I would rate Microsoft 365 Business an eight out of ten.
I would advise making sure that someone experienced with Microsoft Office 365 platform and ecosystem is leading your organization. Otherwise, find a great partner to help you and guide you through the implementation process. I would rate Microsoft 365 Business a seven out of ten. A couple of things can be better.
It's come a long way in terms of evolution. I would rate Microsoft 365 Business an eight out of ten.
I would recommend this solution. I would rate Microsoft 365 Business a seven out of ten.
I would rate Microsoft 365 Business an eight out of ten.
We have plans to continue using this solution. We are selling this product in another department, and I would recommend it to others who are interested in using it. I would rate Microsoft 365 Business an eight out of ten.
Overall, this is a good product and I am satisfied with the features that it has. I would rate this solution a nine out of ten.
I would 100% recommend this solution. I will keep using this solution. I would rate Microsoft 365 Business a nine out of ten.
We plan on using the solution in the future and I would recommend it to others. I rate Microsoft 365 Business a nine out of ten.
I'm not sure which version of the solution we're currently using. I don't know the version number off-hand. I'd recommend this solution to other organizations. I'd rate it ten out of ten. It's worked well for me and I'm very comfortable with the product.
I would definitely recommend this solution to others. I would rate Microsoft 365 Business an eight out of ten.
It's a good product. I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.
I'm an end-user of the product. I don't have a business relationship with Microsoft. I'm using the latest version of the solution. I would recommend that everyone downloads the mobile application, as it makes it so easy to access and use.
It is very stable, even during the period when everyone was working from home. I would recommend this solution to others. We got great value out of it. I would rate this solution a nine out of ten.
We are a Microsoft Gold partner. While we deploy to the cloud, we do have clients that use the on-premises deployment model. Our company provides functions on top of Microsoft 365. That means that we obviously fill some gaps and we have developed specific solutions for document management and cache management and project management and stuff like that. We are adding functions to Office 365 and Microsoft 365 with WorkPoint 365. I'd advise that other organizations should think of it as a platform. It's a platform where you can actually start in one place and develop in so many other areas with WorkPoint 365.
We are using the latest version of the solution. I'm not sure of the exact version number. I would rate the solution at a nine out of ten. So far, it's met our needs. I have no complaints. I'm very happy with it.
I'm a customer and end-user. I'm not sure which version of the solution we're using. I don't know the version number. I presume that we intend to continue to use the solution going forward. I'd rate the solution at an eight out of ten. If the Microsoft Teams portion was more stable, I would rate it higher.
I would rate this solution a seven out of ten.
I would recommend this solution. It has everything that I need, and I plan to keep using this solution. I would rate Microsoft 365 Business a nine out of ten.
Overall, on a scale from one to ten, I would give this solution a rating of eight.
I would recommend this solution. I plan to keep using it. I would rate Microsoft 365 Business a nine out of ten.
I would recommend this solution to others. I rate Microsoft 365 Business a nine out of ten.
Microsoft wonders me, I am quite satisfied with this solution. I would recommend this solution to others. I rate Microsoft 365 Business a nine out of ten.
I would recommend this solution. I rate this solution an eight out of 10.
My advice to anyone considering Business 365 is to go use it. It is a brilliant service delivery solution for small businesses as well as for larger businesses that don't want to be responsible anymore for their on-premise environment because if that should fail there is a loss of information and a loss of productivity, which they cannot afford. On a scale of one to ten, I would give Microsoft 365 Business an eight.
I would recommend this solution, but it depends on the user base and company. We are a government organization, and it works for us. I would recommend it for other government organizations. Our county and other counties are using this solution. I would rate Microsoft 365 Business an eight out of ten.
I can recommend this solution to others who are interested in using it. I would rate Microsoft 365 Business an eight out of ten.
My advice for anybody who is implementing Microsoft 365 Business is to have some in-house capability, as we do. This is the best way to engage with this product. I would rate this solution a seven out of ten.
I would absolutely recommend this solution. We plan to keep using this solution, and we are going to buy new licenses soon. It has a lot of automatic upgrades, and they keep on coming up with security fixes and interesting features. There were a couple of features that were not available when we bought it, but over a period of time, they have included all those features in it. I would rate Microsoft 365 Business a ten out of ten.
I don't have a specific answer as to whether I would recommend it to others. It depends on the situation. At the moment, we plan to continue using it in the future. I would rate this solution a six out of ten.
I would recommend this solution to others who are interested in using it. I would rate Microsoft 365 Business a nine out of ten.
I would recommend this solution to other users because Microsoft is experienced in the business world. They're more competent in business processes as compared to other vendors, who are more consumer-based rather than business-functionalities-based. We plan to keep using this solution. We trust our future with Microsoft 365. I would rate Microsoft 365 Business an eight out of ten. I'm satisfied with this solution.
If you can afford it, then go for it. It is a good product. I would rate Microsoft 365 Business a six out of ten.
When we look at the roadmap, we see they are moving with the current trends in technology. So you won't have a solution whereby there are no upgrades from its functionalities. Microsoft is well established on the foothold and the business processes. They understand the key business processes that are required to be supported by an ERP. I would recommend it to another client. I would rate Microsoft 365 Business an eight out of ten.
We have a setup file that we are running on our systems but most of the functionalities and features are from the cloud. I would recommend this solution. I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.
I would recommend Microsoft 365 Business to others. I would rate this solution a nine out of ten.
Overall I am satisfied with Office 365. It is a very convenient and common product — so nothing special to give advice about that most people do not already know. You really do not need any tools, any skills, or any special training to start using it. Of course, later on, you can learn about some tips and tricks to enhance your experience and productivity. But in general, it is very nice. On a scale from one to ten where one is the worst and ten is the best, I would rate this product as a nine-out-of-ten.
I recommend the Microsoft Office 365 product to clients. We are able to do proofs-of-concept with clients who are interested and carry forward from there. On a scale from one to ten where one is the worst and ten is the best, I would rate Microsoft Office 365 as eight-and-a-half.
We're just a customer. We don't have a business relationship with Microsoft. We're working on the latest version of the solution. We get the latest version each time it comes out. Overall, I'd recommend the solution. It's been very good to us so far and we like the way it functions. I'd rate it eight out of ten.
I would rate this solution a 10 out of 10.
We're Microsoft customers. We aren't resellers or consultants. We have a fairly robust version of the solution, although I don't recall the exact version number offhand. In terms of what I would advise other organizations, I would say it's worthwhile and I would do it as quickly as you can because for what you get, it's a really good bang for the buck while being pretty easy to use. I'd rate the solution nine out of ten.
Analysis of the licenses in order to evaluate the cost and select the proper payment methods (monthly | yearly)..
My advice to others about this solution is to go ahead with no fear. I would recommend this solution. I would rate this solution and eight out of ten.
This is a solution that I recommend. I have not yet set it up so the messaging can be sent to my mobile phone, but this is something I know can be done because our technical people have done it. I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.
My advice would be to make sure to find everything out before you start appointments. Make sure you know who is getting what and what sort of licenses you need. Be well-prepped before you start. Be sure you know what licenses you have and the license management. Make sure that you know what you are doing without a fuss because if you make a mistake with that, then you can potentially make a bit of a mess of things. I would rate it an eight out of ten.
We use both the cloud and on-premises deployment models. I'd recommend the product. I'd rate it nine out of ten.
This solution is updated on a monthly basis. My advice to anybody who is researching this solution is to understand what you are buying. Microsoft 365 is a huge product. Depending on which plan you purchase, there are a plethora of applications available to you. It's important to understand what those applications can do for you. I would rate this solution a nine out of ten.
Just it.
It is advisable to have a basic knowledge of traditional office tools to be able to get the most out of it.
