Dynamics GP improves inventory management by offering real-time inventory tracking, and automated purchase order creation, receiving, and updating inventory levels. It facilitates site-to-site transfers and allocation tracking, enabling efficient stock management across locations. The integration capability of Dynamics GP, combined with Power Platform, has transformed our business processes. We now use PowerApps to enable salesmen to send orders electronically, eliminating the need for order books. Additionally, we developed HR apps to streamline tasks for our staff, leading to automated processes and improved efficiency. Our experience with Dynamics GP reporting and analytics features, particularly Advanced Analysis, has been great. We utilize customized smart lists for purchasing and other functions, allowing for tailored insights over specific periods. Additionally, we have developed custom dashboards for enhanced visibility and support portal integration. I wouldn't recommend Dynamics GP due to its legacy status and impending end of support. However, if integration with the Power Platform is crucial and the company prioritizes modernization, it could still be a viable option. For new companies, I would suggest considering Dynamics 365 Business Central for a more modern solution. Overall, I would rate Dynamics GP as a seven out of ten.

If a company intends to use this ERP system on a global scale with connections spanning different locations and countries, it's important to note that this software is not inherently designed for cloud-based and long-distance usage. It leans more toward on-premises use within a single physical location. In such a multi-location, multinational scenario, I would recommend considering Microsoft Dynamics 365 instead, as it's better suited for these global, long-distance requirements. Overall, I would rate it eight out of ten.
I recommend the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX for all company subsidiaries. I believe that this solution will effectively facilitate management and control. Microsoft AX is the preferred choice, and I endorse it for competitors as well. Overall, I rate it a nine out of ten.

GP is being shut down by Microsoft because it is a legacy product. We nor any of the Microsoft partners are not taking any new GP customers. I would advise you to not go for GP but to go for a cloud ERP since it is the future. Since I am not a frequent GP user, I've only used it to the extent that I give support to my customers when they are facing any difficulty. But as far as I have used it, I would say the processes are quite easy, and the interface is also good. I rate the overall solution an eight-point five out of ten.

Considering the cloud environment right now, I would say one should consider a cloud-based product now, like Xero or Business Central. If you are keen on going through a dynamic environment, Business Central would be the one. But otherwise, I would suggest going with a cloud provider. The solution is pretty good. You don't need to do a lot of complicated things.

We are end-users and direct customers. We don't have a partnership or business relationship with Microsoft. This product is at end-of-life and is an outdated product. Therefore, I wouldn't necessarily recommend it to others. There are other options on the market. In general, I would rate the solution at a three out of ten.
We're just a customer. We don't have a business arrangement with Microsoft. I'm using the 2016 version of the solution 2016 due to the fact that I'm working for a local authority here. It's a standard across the country. We are with the local government. I'd rate the solution seven out of ten.
We're just customers. We don't have a business relationship with Microsoft. I'm not sure of the exact version we are using currently. It might be version 10. I'd rate the solution eight out of ten.
