The tool's performance has improved drastically over a period of time. I started working on the tool in 2012 when its fourth release was available, and now the tool has released its twenty-third or twenty-fourth version. Oracle takes care of the maintenance of the tool. Oracle HCM Cloud doesn't provide a payroll solution for many other developed nations, including Australia. As a result, developed nations have to rely upon third-party payroll vendors, who provide good and direct integration. I think the integration of Oracle HCM with the aforementioned third-party tool is really good. The tool has some AI capabilities. AI is used to analyze existing data and provide predictions. Oracle has developed some prediction tools, such as determining whether an employee is going to have to be given some flight charges or what the performance of this particular person should be. These can be good database points, which are really good for managers. Oracle HCM Cloud is a stable product that is ready to cater to the needs of an entire market. I would recommend the tool to others for multiple reasons. I would ask others to consider the brand name and the fact that Oracle has a global presence. If your organization has operations in more than one country, the tool works as a global solution. Nowadays, most of the major vendors are moving to cloud solutions. Oracle HCM Cloud is a cloud-based solution, but by having a global team, you can get good global support. As the tool offers a suite of other tools where you can get a set of integrated solutions like FSCM, SCM, and performance, it works seamlessly. The tool's integration with other pillars is great. I rate the tool an eight to nine out of ten.

Integration tools are available with Oracle HCM Cloud. Different methods based on security measures, company requirements, and infrastructure can be used to integrate the tool without many challenges. I would recommend the solution to other users. Compared to other products in the market, Oracle HCM Cloud is worth considering for its cost, support, upgrades, UI, and security. Oracle is upgrading its products based on AI. They have implemented a couple of features for the chatbots and the recruitment modules. Oracle plans to involve more AI in its modules and features soon. Overall, I rate the solution a nine out of ten.

When I came into the organization and was introduced to HCM Cloud, they showed me how it works. I didn't read the documentation in-depth because my colleagues were using specific procedures, so they just guided me through the system. However, if the organization starts using a completely new module in the same cloud, I would definitely read the documentation and follow the learning path provided by Oracle. Additionally, the company still uses HCM EBS (e-Business Suite), which is the HRMS system. While HCM Cloud seems better in my assessment. Based on my experience, I would rate the solution a nine out of ten.
The product itself is very powerful, innovative, and easy to use. And in terms of total cost of ownership, it offers significant advantages. However, to truly maximize the benefits, a proper and accurate implementation is crucial. That's where partnering with a highly skilled consultancy and implementation team becomes vital. It highly impacts the project's overall success. So, a customer who wants to invest in Oracle HCM solutions should first have a clear and defined Oracle HCM strategy for their specific HCM processes. Based on that strategy, they can then choose the appropriate modules. Collaborating with a competent and experienced implementation partner is highly recommended. Moreover, we highly advocate for a phased implementation approach. We don't endorse or believe in the "big bang" projects. Instead, handling the project in stages or in a step-by-step manner, aligned with the company's HCM strategy, is a much more effective approach. Overall, I would rate the solution a nine out of ten.

This is completely based on an organization's culture. It depends on how the company is. So if a company is really huge, and they have a lot of varied processes, but from a culture perspective, if they are willing to change, if they are willing to move into one common practice, one common platform, which will have a lot of restrictions, then yes, they can definitely go for Oracle. Because what Oracle offers will be very less from a flexibility perspective, but it's more stable. It's quite a stable platform. So you will not have usability issues in the system. Once you've set up something, they want you to agree that's what you can configure and can't do anything beyond that. So you live with that once you've agreed to it. And once you have configured it, then the system will work as it is. It won't change abruptly like some new systems in the market. So you won't face that kind of issues on this because they're quite standardized. So, stability-wise, it's quite good. So it worked very well for us in our company in that sense. From a cultural perspective, we set expectations very clearly to our HRs. There are restrictions, but it is what it is. We took a hit and accepted it. This is what we get out of it, and you all are moving towards one culture, one process. And then HR is able to accept it. So that's how the solution is working for us. So it's a complex decision, but in certain companies, it's not worth it. I've worked in another company earlier. In my previous company, it's very difficult to bring them back to a new culture. HR would not really agree to be so flexible. So those companies, it won't really work. So my suggestion would be, if the company is flexible and huge, then they can go for Oracle. If the company is huge but not really flexible, then they will have hundreds of other solutions available, definitely not Oracle. Overall, I would rate the solution a seven out of ten. There is room for improvement.

I advise others to experiment with the platform. Most people think that using this system is complex. It's a management system that keeps track of all the essential things. It is a great tool and has a lot of potential. I rate it a seven out of ten.
I would recommend this solution to others. This is the solution we are currently using and we would like to encourage others to implement it as well. With half of our team working from home, it is important for our HR staff to be accessible through the cloud. There is no need for them to physically come to the office as they can easily access their service apps and dashboards remotely. I rate Oracle HCM Cloud a nine out of ten.

I specialize in HCM. The solution is cloud-based. It gives us a heads-up about interruptions. We cannot just be functional consultants. We must know the technical aspects. From an implementer’s point of view, some businesses want the solution but don't have their processes streamlined. So it becomes a problem, and we end up spending a lot of time on the project. Before choosing a solution, it would be good to do the groundwork by testing the client’s business process and streamlining it as much as possible. Apart from my reservations about the performance module, I would rate the solution a nine out of ten.
Oracle HCM Cloud can be a viable option for organizations, provided the configurations and rules are properly implemented. The solution tends to work better when an organization does not have much employee turnover or churn rate. However, once a year, in the event of a churn-out of 60,000 employees in a single day, there may be delays in synchronizing certain details. Overall, I rate this solution an eight out of ten.

All solutions have room for improvement and there are lots of solutions coming out with additional enhanced usability or capability at the moment. The reason a lot of people have moved on from SAP is that they didn't stay with the times and the likes of Workday and Oracle filled in that gap by being able to provide something that was more modern, and more on trend at that point in time. It is important to keep up to date with those trends. I rate Oracle HCM Cloud an eight out of ten.

Oracle HCM Cloud is a part of Oracle Cloud Fusion. There are many parts such as Financials, Project Accounting, and more. You need to have a good, clear design done upfront, and that is well understood by the business. You will need a good system implementation partner. And you must have some level of control over not making changes to standard products. Keep it as close to the standard as possible. I would rate Oracle HCM Cloud an eight out of ten.
I would advise others to try to stay with the best practice business flows as much as possible. Try the standard product as much as possible before considering to make small changes that are required by one or two people. One of my customers had a requirement of making customizations to the forms, such as removing fields, but after a year or so, they suddenly realized that those fields could be very useful. They had to be enabled again. So, it's better to stay with the standard product and provide correct instructions for the users. I would rate this solution an eight out of 10.

Make sure that the person who implements it really knows the product. On a scale from one to ten, I would give this solution a rating of eight. I would give it a higher rating if they improved the UI and user experience, and reduced the price.
This is a perfect product that I recommend to any company that is trying to implement a solution for better management of HR and human capital management. One big lesson we learned from implementing this product is that this was the first implementation for me on the cloud. I learned about cloud-based technologies, and I learned many things about modular HR. Working this way it helps to scope and plan a good project to make it easier and better to implement and to realize. On a scale from one to ten, where one is the worst and ten is the best, I would rate Oracle HCM cloud as an eight. To become a ten, they have to work on small things. For example, sometimes users get errors where they make simple mistakes like their location. It could just continue to improve and to be more user-friendly. Their file interface is not user-friendly and they should replace it with a better file app.
My advice would be: Keep it simple. Make sure that your customer is aware of the processes in the solution and show them those before asking them what they want. Make sure that the customer understands what there already is so they don't start freewheeling. I would rate it a nine out of ten.
We use the cloud deployment model. All Oracle HCM models are only available on the cloud. Oracle has opened up their solution to allow for anyone to make enhancement requests. Oracle will analyze these requests, and, if it's feasible, they may work to implement the request in new builds. I would rate the solution eight out of ten.
