Speaking about how SAP Business One on AWS has improved our company's efficiency of the business processes, I would say that the tool's main demand is for the infrastructure. With the tool, there is no shutdown or breakdown time my company experiences. The tool's advantage for our company revolves around the fact that whenever we want to increase the infrastructure, we can easily increase it so that the business doesn't stop. That aforementioned area can be regarded as a major advantage in AWS. The tool's features that have the largest impact on business operations stem from the fact that it is used by sales personnel since it offers modules like sales, purchase, inventory, and finance, which are predominantly used. Service and fixed asset modules in SAP Business One are not used much, but the other modules are used extensively. The cloud infrastructure of AWS has impacted the performance or reliability of SAP Business One since, in the past, my company used the tool's on-premises version, which we were unable to increase the demand of, including the time revolving around the financial year. The aforementioned area consists of details as to why my company moved the tool to AWS, where we got a lot of advantage as you can add more resources whenever required. I rate the integration capabilities of the product an eight out of ten. My company did not face any challenges with the integration part of the product, especially since we had Qlik Sense for reporting, which is hosted in Qlik Cloud. My company also uses a lot of downstream applications. In general, my company didn't find much challenge with SAP Business One's integration process. The one big challenge my company faced with the product occurred during the festival season in our country when we were specifically using the tool's on-premises version, and our systems got choked. When our company had a one-day or two-day sale, it was not booked in our system. With the use of AWS, all the transactions were captured properly. There were some difficulties since our company's systems were down during the two-day sale. AWS' partner maintains the tool. I recommend others who are planning to buy the solution choose the right partner before purchasing the tool. The product is stable, while the area of implementation is something that can be done properly by the right partner. I can recommend the product to others who want to use it. I rate the overall tool a nine out of ten.
I would rate SAP Business One on AWS nine out of ten. The on-premises version of SAP Business One requires one engineer and two developers for maintenance. SAP Business One is a more robust and established solution compared to the others.
The solution is quite an impressive product for small and mid-size industries. I think this is a perfect solution for those looking for a perfect ERP solution, especially for small and medium-sized industries. Overall, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.
I would definitely recommend SAP Business One as it is a very stable and reliable solution compared to other ERPs. It is one of the best ERP options for small to medium enterprises. Overall, I would rate SAP Business One nine out of ten.
I think the important part is to implement the solution. It's very useful. The processes are already put in place, and you need to make your internal process fit in with the solution's process because it works. Once you have implemented the solution the way that you need it, then you can start making some adjustments, rules, or connections to other systems. I would rate this solution as a nine out of ten.

This is a great product on its own, and the technicalities of it have improved as compared to the older version. I absolutely recommend it and we plan to continue selling it. I would rate this solution a seven out of ten.
When this solution is installed, there are three servers. One is Active Directory, the second is the remote desktop, and the third is the SAP Database Server. In version 9.3, it is not purely cloud-based, which is why you need the remote desktop. In the upcoming version, 10.0, there will be a web-based client, which means that the entire solution will be purely cloud-based. This will result in better client experience. My advice for anybody who is implementing SAP Business One on AWS is to be prepared. You have to understand the product really well before beginning the implementation. There are several certifications and accreditations available from SAP that are available in the training, which is a good place to start. I also suggest getting the best consultants and technical team to assist with implementation. The biggest lesson that I have learned from working with this solution is that you cannot learn enough by just reading about it. You need to have real-life, hands-on experience with implementing it and using it. There are a lot of things to learn and the biggest benefits come from experiencing it yourself. The documentation is okay but it is not a substitute for experience. Overall, this is a really good product and I would rate it a ten out of ten.
On a scale from one to ten, I rate this solution a seven. Additional features I would like to see in the next version is an ERP. This is an SAP Business One solution, but the HR part of SAP Business One is very limited. If they can add more features to the HR module inside the SAP Business One, it would be great.
Small businesses can now access all the benefits of the SAP Business One solution on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud without needing to make long-term commitments or costly capital expenditures for the required IT infrastructure.
AWS and SAP have worked together to test and certify the SAP Business One solution on the AWS cloud. Both SAP Business One, version for Microsoft SQL Server and SAP Business One, version for SAP HANA have been certified on the AWS cloud platform.

I would rate it an eight out of ten. Not a ten because it's not software for a structured company or something very big. That is my impression.
