Though I cannot specifically state whether SAP Business One on AWS is a cheap or expensive product, I can surely say that it is a manageable tool from a cost perspective.

The product is moderately priced. Initial costs are good, but maintenance is usually higher. They reduce the yearly license renewal cost by two to three percent.
The price of the product may vary depending on the number of licenses of SAP Business One you purchase. On average, the licensing costs can be around 50,000 USD. Pricing of the product has certain variables, including the number of licenses and the implementation costs. The costs of the solution will vary depending on the number of licenses or the number of users needing the solution. Though I cannot tell you the exact amount right away, SAP provides users to make a choice on the type of license they want since there are two types of licenses, namely professional licenses and limited licenses. On a scale of one to ten, where one is cheap, and ten is expensive, I rate the pricing around seven or eight.
We have an annual cost for licensing and storage in AWS. We just pay the standard fee because we make our own customizations, so we do not use the services of the partner that gives us the storage.

Licenses are available on a monthly or yearly basis, and it costs about $1,200 per license, per user. Given what you're getting from the system, I think it's worth it.
SAP is a fair price and you get what you pay for. There are two versions, being a limited and a professional one. In some companies, they call the professional one the "Super User". The price of the limited version is about 70,000 Pesos ($2,900 USD), and the professional version is about double at 140,000 Pesos ($5,800 USD). If you need to integrate with other third-party software then you need to purchase Indirect Licenses, which are in addition to the standard fees. There would also be an implementation cost in this case.
Small businesses can now access all the benefits of the SAP Business One solution on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud without needing to make long-term commitments or costly capital expenditures for the required IT infrastructure.
AWS and SAP have worked together to test and certify the SAP Business One solution on the AWS cloud. Both SAP Business One, version for Microsoft SQL Server and SAP Business One, version for SAP HANA have been certified on the AWS cloud platform.
The tool's cost is reasonable.
