We are planning to upgrade our subscription plan. I recommend Webex over other products to my friends in the industry. Cisco has its own engineers. They work well. We are a small organization. Overall, I rate the solution a nine out of ten.
The solution's video conferencing quality is good, and I rate it a nine out of ten. The solution's security features are end-to-end encrypted, and I rate them ten out of ten. The version we're using requires no technical team for deployment and maintenance. The solution has an enterprise version, but we're not currently using it. I would recommend the solution to other users because it has good video conference quality. I mostly leverage the solution for third-party client meetings or third-party vendor meetings. Overall, I rate the solution a nine out of ten.
Speaking about the use of Webex in our company's day-to-day business operations, I would say that we primarily use Webex's interface for video, but the audio part is used separately with audio devices. A separate device needs to be used so that our company can connect to the audio part of the solution while the video part can be used in Webex's application. The audio and video are separately connected when using the product so that the audio issues attached to Webex can be eliminated. Speaking about how the product has simplified remote work in our company, I would say that we use Webex to connect to meetings and for training. The tool is also useful for making announcements, especially if there are any issues faced by our remote workforce since it allows us to access their devices remotely. The video quality of the product is okay, in my opinion. The product's security features are good. Webex is available on the mobile app, so you just can create and attend meetings through the solution's application. I won't recommend the product to those who plan to use it. The integration capabilities of the product are good. I rate the tool a seven out of ten.
Our company prefers to use IBM Video Streaming and Zoom to handle large-scale virtual events or webinars. For large-scale events, I do not use Webex. For daily team collaboration in my company, we don't use Webex since we have a product named Slack. I cannot comment on the video quality offered by the product since I am not very aware of it. The unique integrations offered by the product include the appointment scheduler. The appointment scheduler is a good option because it schedules meetings. The tool also integrates with the CASE command and updates the calendar and Salesforce tool. The integration with the calendar looks fine. I rate the ability of the product's security and privacy features to meet our organization's requirements as a ten out of ten. I recommend the product to those who want a product that could help them with their communication and collaboration needs. I rate the overall tool a nine out of ten.

The video quality offered by the product is very good for our company's remote meetings. The product is very flexible, and it can be integrated easily with other platforms. The product integrates very well with LMS software products. I don't know if any maintenance is required for the product. I rate the overall tool a ten out of ten.
The product improves team collaboration in our company since it integrates with Microsoft Teams or other vendors. The last time I studied Cisco CVI was to know about how to integrate it with Microsoft Teams. Our company prefers Webex and Microsoft Teams for virtual meetings since both tools offer valuable functionalities. My company uses Microsoft Teams since we have licenses like Office 365 E1 or Microsoft 365 E3. Though my company installs Webex for Cisco Room Bar, our organization uses Microsoft Teams for virtual meetings. The video and audio quality offered by the product is okay. The staff members in my company are comfortable using Microsoft Teams. Webex is a bit difficult to use for the staff members in my company. I rate the tool an eight out of ten.

For those considering using Webex, my advice would be to explore automation options, especially if there is an outside team involved. Automating certain tasks can streamline processes and make using Webex more efficient. Overall, I would rate Webex as an eight out of ten.
Webex is an amazing product. It is extremely reliable and audio/video quality is immaculate. It also has a range of integrations and customizations. With the growing competition from Zoom, their pricing has become quite competitive, starting with a free option. We have used it for thousands of online meetings without a flicker.
Inside Webex, there exists a feature known as "At Hub." This feature is accompanied by a new browser that offers an array of impressive features and gadgets. Moreover, it enables you to incorporate these elements into your own website. I highly recommend giving it a try and utilizing the app assistance available to explore the extensive range of excellent products within the Webex hub. You're bound to be pleasantly surprised by what awaits you there. Many customers are already utilizing Cisco phones, which offers a significant advantage. By using a Cisco phone, they can effortlessly join Webex meetings or video conferences through their designated video test or conference endpoint. However, it's important to note that this capability is also available with other platforms like Zoom and similar services. I rate Webex a nine out of ten.
Webex is deployed on the private cloud and my company uses it to connect with people remotely, whether it's a company employee, a training provider, or a third party such as a customer. Approximately five hundred people use the tool in my company. The advice I would give to others looking to start using WebEx is to go for it because it is a versatile tool that connects you with another person easily, remotely. It's also a very user-friendly tool and there's no issue in terms of setting up and accessing WebEx, so overall, I can tell people to go ahead and buy it. My rating for Webex is eight out of ten.
In terms of recommending this solution, nothing can be done because it is a decision made by the organization. For me personally, I am satisfied with this solution and would recommend it. I would rate Webex a seven out of ten.

I have seen Webex improve over the past year. My most recent meeting using Webex was good. Before Webex was the worst meeting platform I used. Every time I went into a meeting, I hang up there for approximately 10 minutes sometimes till I was inside the meeting. Zoom or Microsoft Teams did not have this issue, I was quickly inside the meeting. We mostly use Microsoft Teams in my organization. I rate Webex a seven out of ten.

Webex is on a cloud deployment model. We don't have many users of this tool in our company. We have less than 10 users of it, and we don't intend to increase the number of users, because we are using Microsoft Teams more. We only use Webex when we want to integrate with our Cisco telephone solution from the boardroom. I was able to log a case with a Cisco tech before, and he was responsive, e.g. within 24 hours for my Cisco devices, but not necessarily for Webex. I'm giving Webex a score of seven out of ten.

If you are using a Cisco telephone system and you using WebEx, it's the same thing. You can jump in from one end to the other. It is useful. I rate Webex an eight out of ten.

I'm one of the end users of this solution. 10 people make up the technical team that handles the deployment and maintenance of Webex in my company. On a scale of zero to ten, with ten being the highest, and zero being the worst, I'm giving this solution a score of nine, and I'm recommending it to others who want to start using it, because Webex is okay in my experience. I'd say that in zero to ten, I'm recommend in the eight or nine. I think it's okay in my experience, yes. I'm rating Webex a nine out of ten.

I rate Webex 10 out of 10. Webex is good. I deployed it at a bank just five ago, and I'm expecting another order for Webex tomorrow. Webex has huge customers because they were already there in the enterprise space. Zoom entered into the commercial space for end-users. It's more of a solution for single users for training classes or music centers and all that. Cisco is not in that space. Cisco is the enterprise space. We got an order for 50 licenses for city governments in India yesterday.

I rate Webex seven out of 10. Regardless of whatever email integration you have, one-click calling is the easiest. Getting two things together isn't so hard from a business user's perspective. But when you're doing multiple things, that one extra thing becomes an annoyance you don't want to deal with, and you're hoping that an IT team set it up for you already.
Virtual meeting solutions are not perfect while working remotely. The quality of the service depends on many factors, such as the connection I am using or the servers. Occasionally it's not always clear or perfect. It's not Webex in particular or this solution causing the issue. I rate Webex an eight out of ten. I would give most of the virtual meetings solutions, such as Zoom, or Google Meets which I use for my kids. All those platforms are similar, none of them are perfect.

I can't say for certain how the solution is deployed, although this is likely on the cloud. I use the cloud-based version. I know there is an app, part of which, I assume, could be cloud-based. I mostly use the solution on my computer, which has a VPN connection. Issues I encountered in the past did not involve the product itself, but resulted from my computer and connections being slow. Moreover, as a company, we need to do a much better job training people. There is a need to learn with experience and I am not certain I did this properly. I feel the product has much more potential for use than I make of it. I find the solution to be convenient. In the past I found it to be a bit on the clunky side, but now the interfaces are pretty intuitive and they are constantly improving on the solution. I rate Webex as a solid eight out of ten.
I would suggest going through some type of tutorial. There's functionality under the hood that isn't always obvious, or necessarily easy to find. I have run into this type of problem before, such as how to flip the switch so that when you start a meeting, you're not automatically muted, and so on. You have to understand your configuration settings so that you don't waste time on silly challenges, particularly when you're in the middle of a meeting. I would rate Webex a nine out of ten. I think it's comparable to other products on the market. I have a preference for Zoom just because I am more familiar with it and its capabilities. But apart from that, I think it's a decent product.

I feel the solution to be very complete. I am a Webex customer. While there are 20 to 25 people making use of the solution in our organization, we also use it with another company of ours which has implemented it and this places the number in the company at around 25 to 30 people. Each person has a different role and is dispersed in a disparate location in the north and center of Mexico. I would consider the move from on-premises to cloud-based implementation to be a positive step. This makes the solution a good instrument in such countries as the United States, the UK and Germany, where there is much integration with the local cell or telephone companies. We are talking about a good investment, as it allows one to integrate his office or home phones with the solution. I rate Webex as a nine out of ten.

I'm not sure how long we'll have this COVID, but this does seem to be a solution that not only handles the present demands, but also something that we would need in the future as well. With so many people working remotely, this definitely makes sense, for most businesses at least.

I rate Webex a seven out of ten. Whether I would recommend Webex to others depends on the size and policy of a company. If they decide that they want to have an image or a reputation to show that they are a big corporation, and use a high brand product, they could use Webex. However, if they're just a medium company and very cost-conscious, then there are other options. It really depends on the image of your company, as well as your network condition.
We're using the latest version of the solution. I cannot speak to the exact version number. I'd rate the solution at an eight out of ten. We've been pretty happy with its capabilities overall. I would definitely recommend the solution to other users and organizations.

There are around 350 people using the solution in our organization. I would recommend it to others. My advice is that people make use of the cloud-based solution, as oposed to the on-premises one. It is easy and very good. I would rate Webex as a nine out of ten.

We schedule calls often with this solution. We schedule a meeting and dial-in to the meeting. When I say dial-in, it's web-based or a data connection, not a traditional voice call. You don't need a phone to use the service. I would rate this product an eight out of ten. Other products are also doing the same jobs, and run the same tasks. The only difference is stability. Especially when we do screen sharing, compared to other products, Webex performance is much better. The solution is provided from the cloud, so we're always using the most up-to-date version of the solution. Webex ensures everything is always automatically updated.
We're just a WebEx customer. We don't have any affiliations or special relationships with the company. The pricing is a little bit high for our company. Due to the cost, we've started working more with Microsoft Teams. Overall, I'd rate the solution seven out of ten. The setup is a bit technical, otherwise, I would rate it higher. Also, there are other competitors coming to the market which may be a bit easier to use. I would still recommend it to others though. It's a good product. It's very solid and reliable.
We have a business relationship with WebEx. We're a solution partner. I personally am a cloud architect and I work for many international companies. I would rate the solution eight out of ten.

So that if we are on the other side of the world, we won't have issues where the video lags or voice is delayed. They are isolated issues for us. It could be that our ISPs are the problem. For example, our manager can call in and they also have their conference number which you can dial in as well and you can dial in using your phone, or you can use your computer video. It's easy to share a screen and turn your video on and off. I would rate it a nine out of ten.
If you're looking for the simplest and cheapest option for video conferencing you should consider Webex compared to other solutions. It is very stable. It is very good. I would rate it an eight out of ten. Not a perfect ten because I would like to see the collaboration tool. It is very quick and easy to set up.
As an end-consumer, I think that the product is fine. I am happy with all of the features and happy with the product overall. It is one that I recommend. Any new features coming in at the point are just going to add value. I would rate this solution a ten out of ten.

It's more of a solution for single users for training classes or music centers and all that. Cisco is not in that space. Cisco is the enterprise space. We got an order for 50 licenses for city governments in India yesterday.
Overall, we were really happy with it but decided to leverage Teams instead. I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.
I rate Webex 10 out of 10.
I rate Webex a seven out of ten because it crashes sometimes. I would recommend Webex to others considering implementation, but I would advise that they evaluate different solutions and take what works best for a particular use case.
I rate Webex a seven out of ten.
I rate WebEx a nine out of ten. It's a pretty good platform and it does what you expect from it.
I rate WebEx 10 out of 10.
I would recommend this solution to others. I rate Webex an eight out of ten.
I would recommend this solution for small group meetings. I rate Webex a seven out of ten.
I would rate the solution a nine out of ten. It's definitely something that is future-proofing your needs. I'm not sure how long we'll have this COVID, but this does seem to be a solution that not only handles the present demands, but also something that we would need in the future as well. With so many people working remotely, this definitely makes sense, for most businesses at least.
I'm just a customer and an end-user. I'd rate the solution at a nine out of ten. I'd recommend it to others. It's a good tool.
I would recommend this solution to others. I rate Webex a seven out of ten.
I would recommend this solution to others. I rate Webex a seven out of ten.
I would rate this solution a nine out of ten. It is a nice tool, but I rarely use it because I only hold meetings over Webex when another company initiates the conference call with this software.
This is a very good solution, very easy to use, and the quality of the image and the audio is high. I rate Webex a nine out of ten.
I would not recommend this solution to others. I rate Webex a six out of ten.
I would recommend this solution to others. I rate Webex a ten out of ten.
I rate Webex a seven out of ten. I think I would recommend Webex to others, but password protection needs to be added.
I rate Webex seven out of 10.
I'd rate the solution at a nine out of ten. I'd recommend the solution to other users and organizations.
I would recommend this solution to others. I would rate Webex a nine out of ten.
I rate Webex four out of 10. I recommend people use Zoom instead.
There are around 350 people using the solution in our organization. I would recommend it to others. My advice is that people make use of the cloud-based solution, as oposed to the on-premises one. It is easy and very good. I would rate Webex as a nine out of ten.
I give Webex a six out of 10, which I think is fair. They offer flexibility with every vendor, but there are issues with support and integration. Then there is the issue of price, which isn't affordable for SMBs.
I would rate this solution a 10 out of 10.
This is a good software and a powerful tool, I don't have any complaints. I would rate this solution a nine out of 10.
I would rate this solution a five out of ten.
My advice would be to get the full version, the enterprise version, and make sure that the initial setup is done properly. Zoom is better, as it is easier and more consistent. I would rate this solution a six out of ten.
My advice is simply that if this product fits the requirements then people should just start using it. It is very easy to use and can't be complicated, even for non-professional users. I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.
Overall, Webex is working fine for us at the time being and I recommend it. I would rate this solution a nine out of ten.
I would rate it a six out of ten. It's not that bad but it's not excellent. They should improve the overall connection stability. So that if we are on the other side of the world, we won't have issues where the video lags or voice is delayed. They are isolated issues for us. It could be that our ISPs are the problem. I would recommend Webex for a quick meeting so that employees can meet.
My advice to anybody who is considering Webex is that it is a great tool for having meetings and collaborating with customers, suppliers, and employees. I think that everybody should use it. Overall, this is a good solution and I recommend it. It is easy to operate, easy to manage, easy to configure, and it is cost-effective. I would rate this solution a nine out of ten.
I would rate Webex an eight out of ten. I would recommend Webex because I can use it with other devices. We can easily connect the device and create a room and then we can call many devices.
I would recommend Webex. I'm currently using and I'm happy with it. It has all of the features that our business needs.
The solution really is very good. In the last year, it has improved a lot, including the recording of the meetings has improved and been perfected.
Be aware of the different costs associated with voice and data (even if you don't use it you may still be charged).
