I am using the latest version of Zoom. Zoom is deployed on the cloud, and we use the Google Workspace cloud provider. Overall, I rate the solution ten out of ten.
For those seeking a versatile option, Zoom is a strong competitor in the market. While there are many products to explore, Zoom stands out as a solid choice. It offers excellent security features, including comprehensive controls for connections, streaming, recording, and sharing information. Since addressing a previous breach, Zoom has maintained robust security. Overall, its security support is commendable, and it continues to be a reliable solution Overall, I rate the solution a nine out of ten.
Zoom has a high price point. Newer alternatives are coming with low prices. If you want to start up quickly and get everything configured, Zoom is a good option. If you're a new startup or business and need a business line with an operator and all the backing of a company that answers phones and can send you to different extensions, Zoom is a good option to pick up and deploy quickly. People within the office can participate in normal phone calls and answer the office number even though they work remotely from home. Zoom facilitates that quite well. They can run it directly on their phone; they don't need the handset at the desk connected to the back end. Overall, I rate the solution a seven and a half out of ten.
The product's screen-sharing capabilities are perfect. I feel like the product is quite user-friendly and offers multiple versions, and I feel the paid version is perfect. The multiple features in the product are very helpful for businesses. The product's security features are good. I rate the tool an eight out of ten.
I haven’t faced any issues with the tool. We are familiar with Zoom. I do not have much idea about other products. Overall, I rate the product an eight out of ten.
Overall, I would rate it an eight out of ten. It's a user-friendly product. It's a good choice if you sometimes need to use it where internet connectivity isn't the strongest. It's a good product, and I would highly recommend it – especially because it works well even with less reliable internet connections.

It's hard to give Zoom a specific reliability rating because it can vary depending on factors like internet issues or technical glitches. Sometimes, updates occur, which can cause delays when joining meetings. I use the tool's desktop version. I rate it an eight out of ten.
The solution is deployed on the cloud in our organization. I would recommend Zoom to other users. You should check out the capabilities and features because there are different options when you subscribe to Zoom. You should check things like the limitation on how many people can log in at a time and breakout sessions before subscribing to ensure that the solution fits your needs. Overall, I rate the solution a six out of ten.
The platform provides the easiest way to install or sign up the account. We can then schedule the meeting with an agenda and send an invite email to the attendees. It is a reliable product and offers enough services for our business requirements in terms of productivity. I advise others to purchase Zoom’s license for unlimited meeting durations. The free version is enough for us, particularly for a spam-free environment with limited internal or external collaborations. I rate it a ten out of ten.
We use the cloud version of Zoom. Users should really focus on the video conferences and webinar functionality. Zoom is not designed for chats, channels, or discussions. Overall, I rate Zoom a nine out of ten.
To others, I would say that it is a great platform to be able to meet other people. It's a great way of communication, and we're able to get instant results. Also, it's great for the conference solution. You can share data. So, I would definitely recommend it to others for sure. I honestly love the solution owing to how I can share my meetings and my screens. There is even a game feature we use, and it is helpful since my family is spread across the world. So I just love how we, like, really made it easier for me for people everywhere. Overall, I rate the solution a ten out of ten.

It is good for personal usage, but for work, it is not my first choice. There are many choices for work environments. I would rate it an eight out of 10.
I would recommend this solution to others. They need to remove the Chinese stigma attached to the solution and then it would be better in the market for sales. If a customer comes to me and asks if Zoom is a good solution I highly recommend it. I rate Zoom a nine out of ten.

Zoom is a cloud-based solution. We're using the latest edition of this solution. We have 10 users of this platform in our company, but we're not planning to increase the number of users. It's enough. I do the deployment and maintenance of this solution myself. I don't need a technical team to do it. I can recommend Zoom to other people who may want to start using it. I'm giving Zoom a rating of nine out of ten.
I'd rate the solution at an eight out of ten. It's very useful for conferencing and works well, however, there's always room for improvement. I'm just a customer and an end-user.

I'm a partner of UiPath. I'm an implementer and I'm also a user of some of UiPath's products. I don't have hands-on experience with UiPath Process Mining, because here in Mexico, it is not the common. Not all companies have well-implemented ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft, so when you put or connect the process miner, you'll find nothing in the results. I know what a process miner is, but it's not very common here. I have here Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism, but all the robots work the same, and the only change is the flavor. All the robots have the same capacity and the same level of trustworthiness. The only difference between UiPath and the rest of the competitors is that UiPath's first robot: the Attended Robot, is cheaper than other robots. Its price is the only real difference in the market. I only specialize in RPA (robotic process automation). I also use other tools, e.g. web meeting solutions such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams. I have an account in Zoom. Zoom is deployed on-premises in our organization. It's on-premise: on every laptop and on every desktop. My usage of Zoom is low, e.g. I just use it to talk with two or three people on the other side of the cloud. I have not used it for other purposes. I know it has a webcast or video webinar feature, and it's not common for me to use that. Other users may see the difference with using Zoom vs another application and be able to mention valuable features of Zoom, but in my case, I'm unable to. I also don't have any idea on what could be improved in Zoom. I never had to call technical support. My partner recommended Zoom to me, but when you have to talk or connect with other people, you'll always say to connect through Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, or GoToMeeting. Zoom is recommended by everyone, though, and always comes out of everyone's mouth. Everybody knows Zoom. My overall rating for this product is an eight out of ten. For its cost, I'll rate it a ten. I haven't given much thought on how my rating for this solution could increase from an eight to a ten because Zoom's current use for me is just to connect with people and nothing more.

Zoom works very well and is very stable. I enjoy the fact that it can be used with more than two people, and you can also chat with others during calls. I would suggest using the solution because it works very well for video conferences. I'd rate the solution a nine out of ten.
I think that if your main focus is on communication between team members, especially with people working from home, this is a simple solution. We need to recognize that not everyone is an IT person and we're working with people at all levels in the company, whether they're in the field, the warehouses, or in fabrication. For all of them this is, quite honestly, more user-friendly than WebEx or Teams will ever be. Based on our use cases, I rate this solution nine out of 10.

Take 10 to 20 minutes to get to know the platform or ask someone to just walk you through it once. It's very intuitive if you know anything about technology.

I work as a consultant for a private equity firm. I'm just a customer and an end-user. I'm up to date with the latest version at the moment. For the most part, the solution just works. However, when it doesn't work, it really doesn't work. A lot of people are finding success with Microsoft Teams. If a company already has Teams, if they're at a certain subscription level within Microsoft, they get Teams for free. If they're a company that has enough scale, then Teams will just come along with their subscription. Teams works well enough and has other factors and features from a collaboration standpoint. That makes it pretty compelling. That being said, what I'd recommend is if people are a Microsoft house and they have a certain level of their subscription before they invest in Zoom, see if they can't address their needs with Teams, otherwise, they might be spending money where they don't need to. I would rate the solution at a six out of ten.

There are over 200 people in my organization using Zoom. As for maintenance, there are periodic updates from time to time, but there aren't a lot of operational challenges. It's purely cloud-based, which adds great value, and there are no challenges in maintaining it. I would rate Zoom an eight out of ten. I recommend it to anyone who wants to start using it.
I'm a customer and an end-user. I'm using the latest version of the product. I use it on mobile and on my laptop. I'd advise potential new users to compare the features of all the solutions that are actually in the market to see which would be the best fit for the company's purposes. It's a good idea, if it's possible, to run a POC to try and test all the features first. I'd rate the solution at a nine out of ten. It's a great solution, however, I'd really like to be able to share images via chat in Zoom.

I'm using Zoom on occasion. It depends on what the person I will have a conference with wants to use. I am flexible. I use various solutions. I pick the one that is better for the other side. I tend to use the most up-to-date version of the solution. I'd advise users to use the solution as it's a good product. In the beginning, it scared me off because as there were a lot of rumors about privacy. For a few months, I didn't use it until I knew that they had fixed that problem. Now security is fine. I'd rate the solution at a seven out of ten.
We use Zoom in our office because our company is contracted with it. We are comfortable with its use and everyone can utilize it. We also have Teams. The way the solution works is that the school provides the students with a link, which they use to connect to their teachers over their laptops. This is how classes are conducted online. I rate Zoom as a six to seven out of ten.
I rate Zoom nine out of 10. I say nine because all products have room for improvement. For instance, it would be a great idea if Zoom could provide APIs and a way to embed their products in third-party applications. Let's say I'm working in BPM or RPA tool and need to ask a question, so can I call someone, see their face, and have a little conversation without leaving the app. That would enhance the experience of using the BPM or RPA tool because you wouldn't have to leave your environment to collaborate with some others immediately. Zoom could be more like WhatsApp, where you can chat about something and get the answer from someone else. You can see all the conversations and search them. But you never see the same integration with a tool like Zoom, Skype, or any other tools in the market. And that would be terrific because it increases and enhances collaboration between people. And right now, because of the pandemic, we don't know when we'll be working together again at the same office. In some jobs, that could be indefinite. There's going to be a mix of people who like working from home or at the office, and they're going to need to interact, so you need a way for people to talk face to face. You need to see each other and feel a sense that you are close to that person. Even though you're not right there in front of the person, at least you have the chance to see them, not just some words written down in an instant messaging system.

I assume that the solution is cloud-based, although I cannot say for certain as I am just a user. The solution has so far been fine for me and has not presented too many issues. I do not know for certain how many users are using the solution in our organization, although I would estimate this figure to exceed 1,000, maybe reaching several thousand. I know there are at least a thousand. As we are a university, we have several thousand people, numbering more than 10,000 students, some of whom are making use of the solution. However, there are those who are not, so I cannot only guess at the number. At least a thousand seems reasonable. I would recommend the solution to others, although there is really no choice in its use, as this is done out of necessity. I rate Zoom between a six and seven out of ten.

I'd rate the solution at an eight out of ten overall. I've mostly been happy with its capabilities. I would recommend the solution to other users or organizations.
A friend of mine customized Zoom for one of his solutions. We are working with customers on multiple solutions, as we are part of a service provider company. We have the technology tools that our customers require. Our Zoom use spans the entire organization. Mainly managers make use of it and sharing will be done with the team. We generally use Microsoft Teams for internal communication. I rate Zoom as an eight out of ten.
I'm not the one who send out the invite or minutes the application itself. I simply just use it for meetings for Zoom. It's a software solution, so every time we use it, we're using the most up to date version available. I'd rate the solution ten out of ten. It's an excellent product.

I don't have it downloaded onto my PC. Due to COVID, I've had to organize sessions on my own. Before COVID, I was only invited to sessions. It's only been recently that I've had to get to know all the functionality of to solution and processes behind inviting other people to meetings, etc. I would advise other users to simply use the web application of the solution and to avoid downloading anything onto your desktop. We're simply customers of the solution; we don't have a professional business relationship with Zoom. We're using the latest version of the solution. I'm not exactly a technical person, so I am only speaking of my personal non-technical experience. I'd rate the solution nine out of ten. It's been great to use so far.
I do use Zoom, but again, just as an ordinary consumer. I don't have any experience with the high end or professional version. Normally when I would use it, it would be because some associate or organization I was dealing with was using Zoom in order to reach out to people like me. I didn't even realize until a few months ago, that Zoom charged in order to get a version that was capable of handling more than a few users. I always wondered how they made money. I'd rate the solution eight out of ten.
Depending on the company budget, this would be a great solution to use. It's user-friendly and the video quality is very good. The bandwidth it requires is good, and you can continue with your meetings without any issues. Compared to other products on the market, this is a very good solution. There are very few options available that have a good interface that is easy to use and understand with good video calling. I would rate this solution a nine out of ten.

We're a customer. We don't have a professional relationship with Zoom. The solution is great when you need to hold meetings virtually. I'd rate the solution eight out of ten.
We're just a customer. We don't have a professional relationship with Zoom. In terms of advice for implementing the solution, I would probably just say make sure that new users go into the settings within their account and see what they have turned on and off. For instance, I just told my CEO and a couple of the other executives about the option to annotate because I assumed that they knew that was possible. They didn't. There's also the capability of using a whiteboard. There are a bunch of other really great features that are available as well that are not obvious at first. Users need to just go in through their account settings and click on everything and set the account up in ways that are convenient for them depending on what they're trying to accomplish. It's strange that the majority of the cool features are by default disabled, so users have to go in and become familiar with them on the back end. Everyone needs to take the time to make sure you really play around with it, or go to the help center and watch some videos, and read some of the articles to see what's available. I'd rate the solution eight out of ten.
I think the main thing I would suggest is to get some kind of assurance that there won't be overload problems. I believe one of my clients has some kind of arrangement or package with them and we've never had a problem on any Zoom meeting with this client. I find that I can have more meetings and greater effect using Zoom. I've had many live meetings and conference calls over the years. It's difficult to connect with clients on a conference call. Zoom makes meetings as effective as a live meeting or close to it. I'd rate this solution an eight out of 10.
If you are interested in a free version, you should go with Google Meet because there is no time limit. I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.
My advice for anybody who is implementing this solution is that it can be used for non-critical information. However, due to active security concerns, at least in the short-term, meetings that contain critical or private information should be conducted on another platform. In terms of how I would rate this product, I would score the quality of audio and video at about seven out of ten. Security-wise, however, I am worried about it. Overall, I would rate this solution a seven out of ten.
My advice for anybody who is considering Zoom is that it is ok for social use. It's easy to use and it supports a lot of users. It is easy to set up as a free service. I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.

My advice for anybody who is considering this solution is that if they are looking for a decent web conferencing system then it works well. However, for anything more than that, one should really look around. The product is positioned for conferencing as opposed to messaging. Overall, this is a good web conferencing solution but I would like to see messaging capability, localized numbers for India, and localized support as well. I also want to see better integration with business applications. I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.

It's important to create an awareness of the product and its uses to customers because most customers over here don't understand what Zoom is. This is not only for meetings but for our technical support. It saves us so much time not having to travel great distances. It's straightforward and very easy to implement. It doesn't need any dedicated process to install or to configure. All you need is just an email account or a Facebook account and you're good to go. I would rate this product a nine out of 10.
My advice for anybody who is implementing this solution is to learn how to use it first, before hosting meetings. Otherwise, you will get hassled a lot from the users. I would rate this solution a seven out of ten.

I do the deployment and maintenance of this solution myself. I don't need a technical team to do it. I can recommend Zoom to other people who may want to start using it. I'm giving Zoom a rating of nine out of ten.
I rate Zoom seven out of 10.
I rate Zoom nine out of 10.
I'd rate the solution at an eight out of ten. It's very useful for conferencing and works well, however, there's always room for improvement. I'm just a customer and an end-user.
We have web-based access to the service. I'm not sure which version of the solution I'm currently using. I would recommend the product to others. I'd rate the solution overall at an eight out of ten. It does what I need it to do.
I find Zoom easier to use and easier to troubleshoot than Microsoft Teams so I would recommend it. I rate Zoom eight out of 10.
I would rate this solution a nine out of ten.
I recommend others use Zoom it is a good platform. I would rate it a seven out of ten.
The desktop application works nicely, and I would recommend the product for other people. I would give it a score of eight out of ten.
Zoom is perfect for small and medium sized organizations with limited use. Compared to other products it is good. I would rate Zoom an 8 out of 10.
Zoom works very well and is very stable. I enjoy the fact that it can be used with more than two people, and you can also chat with others during calls. I would suggest using the solution because it works very well for video conferences. I'd rate the solution a nine out of ten.
As Zoom is quite good, I rate it as a ten out of ten.
As a cloud-based solution, we are always on the latest version. I'd rate the product at a seven out of ten. I would recommend the solution to other users and organizations.
I rate Zoom a nine out of ten. I would definitely recommend it to others.
I rate Zoom an eight out of ten. If you're implementing it for personal use, then I recommend Zoom, but if you want to implement a solution for business purposes, I would go for Teams.
I rate Zoom a ten out of ten.
I would recommend Zoom to others. I rate Zoom a nine out of ten because it could be improved by adding more dashboards.
I rate Zoom an eight out of ten.
Zoom is widely used and it has been better than other solutions, such as Skype. I rate Zoom an eight out of ten.
I rate Zoom a ten out of ten.
I would recommend Zoom depending on the circumstances of the customers, such as their current subscription and so on. For example, if you have a Microsoft subscription, then why not use Teams? I would rate Zoom an eight out of 10.
I would rate Zoom a seven out of ten.
I would recommend this solution to others. I rate Zoom an eight out of ten.
I rate Zoom a seven out of ten.
The additions I have suggested are to make an already amazing platform even better. My utilization of Zoom is better than everybody else in my organization as far as how many features are being used. I do training, teachings, and client-facing workshops and I have a lightboard integrated with Zoom, I use it extensively. I rate Zoom a ten out of ten.
I'd rate the solution at an eight out of ten overall. I've mostly been happy with its capabilities. I would recommend the solution to other users or organizations.
Just from my perspective about it, I would give it a nine out of 10.
I rate Zoom nine out of 10. I would recommend it to others.
I rate Zoom seven out of 10.
I rate Zoom nine out of 10.
I'm not the one who send out the invite or minutes the application itself. I simply just use it for meetings for Zoom. It's a software solution, so every time we use it, we're using the most up to date version available. I'd rate the solution ten out of ten. It's an excellent product.
My advice for anybody who is considering Zoom is that it's a great tool, I don't have any complaints, and I recommend it. I would rate this solution a nine out of ten.
We're using the free version of the solution. We needed to have a company type of access to use it so we do not have a local installation. I would rate the solution nine out of ten.
We're just Zoom customers. We don't have any special business partnership with the company. I'm using the group application and I believe it's the latest version of the solution that I always access. I'd rate the solution nine out of ten. I really like the solution. It has great useability.
We use the latest version of the solution. I don't use the solution too much; I just use it if I have to for meetings. I'd recommend the solution. It's a good product. For quick meetings or for sharing information, it's fantastic. I'd rate the solution eight out of ten.
I would rate this solution an eight out of 10.
I would rate Zoom at a five on a scale of 10. I don't think it has all the integration. This is also because of security issues.
I would rate Zoom at a nine on a scale of ten.
I sell cybersecurity services. I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.
I'd rate the solution eight out of ten. I'm just a Zoom user. I'm a student and I've been using it for my classes at University.
I would rate this solution a seven out of ten.
I would rate this solution a 10 out of 10.
Anyone can use it. It's very handy.
My advice for anybody who is researching this solution is to look into the security because lately, there have been concerns about it. If you are concerned about security then it may be better to use another type of software. I would rate this solution a seven out of ten.
I would rate this solution a seven out of ten.
This solution works for video conferencing but it needs improvement in terms of privacy and security. I would rate this solution a six out of ten.
I would rate this solution a nine out of ten.
Overall, Zoom is a good product and I recommend that people use it. I would rate this solution a nine out of ten.
I would rate this solution a nine out of ten.
My advice to anybody who is considering this solution is to try the basic version for free. I highly recommend it. I would rate this solution a nine out of ten.
If you have a large audience then you must go with the Zoom Video Conferencing Solution. With this solution, you will have good picture quality without any distortion, and you will enjoy multiple features at a very cheap price.
