They use a licensing model based on a per-user basis for enterprise rather than per version or end device. For example, one user logging in from a handset can also log in from a phone, and it's still technically under the same license. You can be at an office, use a desk phone, and then leave the office while still running the Zoom app on the phone using the same license.
The tool's paid version is not that expensive. You need to pay 150 USD per year. The licensing part of the product is not expensive. I rate the product price as nine out of ten. There is no need to pay any additional costs apart from the normal charges attached to the product.
If you have short meetings and don't need many advanced features, like extra storage, you might not have to pay for a license. It really depends on your specific needs.

I rate the product's pricing two or three on a scale of one to ten, where one is low price and ten is high price. Price-wise, it is an affordable solution. The cost, in addition to the standard licensing fees, is related to the premium. Generally, a person can use it for free or go for a premium if they want to upgrade or extend the meeting time.
The version I am using of Zoom is free. The free version of Zoom limits you based on the time you spend in a meeting. For example, it may give you a meeting of 30 minutes and then, if you want to have another 30 minutes, you can set up another meeting to have an extension. However, from time to time, Zoom gives you free extensions. It could give you an hour or two hours for free to use it. There's a licensed version of Zoom, but I haven't ever used it before.

What I don't like is the 45-minute time limit on the free subscription. Teams, on the other hand, do not operate in this manner. You can utilize as much use of Teams as you want. There are no time limits in the free version of Teams. It is included with your Office 365 subscription. If you have Office 365, which everyone does, it is included. You can't use Word, Excel, or PowerPoint without it. The free version has a time limit, but paid subscriptions are available.
There is a free version of Zoom which allows you a certain limited amount of time usage and there is a corporate version of the solution where you have to pay. They could improve the free version by allowing more time to use, it could benefit sales in the future. For example, let's say some students are using it or a certain kind of some CEOs or non-profit organizations are using, they can extend free access to such people. The Microsoft Teams solution is more expensive than Zoom.
Licensing costs depend on the number of people per call and the length of calls. There is a standard license for 50 participants that we use. Above that number, you need a special license.

I'm using a personal account, which is free. To use a company account, I have to go to the administration and fix that they pay the year account. I don't want to go through all of these procedures and all the hassle. That's the reason I use a personal account.
I've never paid for Zoom. When I worked for other companies, they had already bought a subscription or perpetual license. Aside from that, I've only ever used the free version.

There's a free version and there's an expensive paid version. There needs to be something in between. Something in the middle could have more people using the product.
We currently use the business account on Zoom. I'm not sure of what the exact costs are to use the solution. The pricing, as I understand it, is very straightforward. There might be just one add-on cost, which would be for users who would like to join in or talk via toll-free dialing.
