In general, Community and Enterprise versions have the same BPM Engine, DMN Engin, and Task list. It means that you can start your introduction with the platform from the Community version and after that make a migration to Enterprise without additional efforts. Also, they have a Cockpit but in the Community version, it has very limited functionality.
For creating business process models Community uses Modeler, but Enterprise uses Cawemo which allows simultaneous modeling of a business process by several participants.
The additional benefit for Enterprise is the Optimise module. It is a complete solution for monitoring processes and generating history-based reporting on completed processes and their stages. This allows you to use built-in tools to analyze the use of business process branches, configure the sending of notifications when certain conditions occur, save the entire history of process execution, etc.

Hi, a simple answer would be that Web Modeler is only supported by the Commercial Edition. It is not supported by the Community Edition.
