We have a yearly license, and there are no hidden costs. Considering the Indian market, the pricing is reasonable. I don't consider it to be on the high side.

We pay for the Salesforce Sales Cloud license. When this solution is installed on the customer site for our project, there is no licensing cost to the customer. We don't have an issue with the price. We don't pay a lot because we have several licenses and any users. The licensing fees are reasonable.

Salesforce surely is one of the most expensive CRMs out there. However, if implemented in the right manner and adopted extensively, it does deliver a great value to the organization. While deploying Salesforce, I would generally suggest engaging a consultant for optimizing the license costs. Salesforce sales team may try to oversell. A 3rd party consultant like us can help you with an unbiased opinion.
Pricing wise, I'm not sure how affordable the solution is, because for each market it's different. For small companies, I don't know how the pricing point works, but feature wise, I would say it is a very useful tool for all sized companies.

They're the best in the business, so I think their business model is definitely based on that. The cost is worthwhile, to me, and I think it's fair because of the customization capabilities. However, small organizations that are just starting out might struggle to pay for something additional like this, so they might have only one or two. You pay per license with this sort of solution, as well as any additional benefits. They have what they call managed packages, some of which are free, but some you have to pay for. My understanding is that Salesforce is a little bit expensive, but in terms of the efficiencies, automation, and visibility, I think it's definitely value for money.

It is alright for now because we ended up getting a discount off the base price. So, for now, it is okay. We may have to renegotiate when we get more users, and I don't know if the price would stay the same or increase. It has just a standard licensing fee. If you end up hiring a consultant for implementation, you will have to pay for the implementation. Other than that, there are no additional fees.

It is a premium product, so it is not the cheapest solution. I think if it's implemented well, and you're getting the soft cost benefits, the efficiencies, it's justified. But not if you're looking at just apples for apples as a subscription, without the complexity that you can achieve. It can deal with complex business requirements. Some other CRMs can't. But you certainly pay, so it's a premium-charged solution. It's one of the more expensive ones. The only other additional cost would be support, depending on how complex your business is and how much change is required. At the moment, there's a shortage of talent in the Salesforce community. They're in high demand and very costly to recruit or to have an arrangement with, whether it's in a formal employment or partner arrangement.

Being license based, the license varies by type. There are standard user licenses, Salesforce license, Salesforce Platform license or community license. Prices range from $5 to $70 or $75 per user per month calculated yearly. It can not be purchased for two or three months, it must be purchased for the whole year. The pricing is considered average. Health Cloud is more expensive than Sales Cloud. Account executives from Salesforce will negotiate if you are purchasing licenses in bulk.
The main issue is the price. Because it's SaaS, you will have to pay on a monthly basis. It will become very expensive because you'll be thinking, "I have Sales Cloud, and I want to do service and help my customers, so I need another cloud." This is something I have already seen with other customers. They would like to jump into the Salesforce environment, but it can become a hefty price tag, so that's an issue. There are different licensing models. You could have the Essentials, Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited edition. It is linked to functionality. I only work for multinational clients, so they usually use an Unlimited or Enterprise solution. If you are a big company, then you have a lot of leverage and more power to decrease the cost of your system per month. A lot of people aren't aware of that. If you go into a full-fledged solution, you can still bargain or discuss the price. Only one person is required for deployment, and you can automate it if you wish. If you have a good developer who creates that, and you have your deployment street, you can push information into the production environment on a nightly basis.

I do not know anything about the pricing.
Salesforce is considered expensive in the Brazilian market, suitable for big companies. We usually opt for local solutions like RD Station.
It is expensive.
Pricing for Salesforce can be high compared to some other products. For example, Zoho often has lower prices.
Pricing is reasonable.
The price is fair. The tool is not that expensive, considering what it offers. It is worth the money.
I rate the product’s pricing a seven out of ten, where one is cheap and ten is expensive.
The tool's pricing is based on the number of users. It has a different pricing for 0-100 and another for 100-500 users.
Salesforce is good value for money, but compared to the market, it is relatively high-priced.
Salesforce Sales Cloud is an expensive solution.
Price-wise, the product does not fall under the category of cheaply priced products.
Compared to other CRM solutions, Salesforce is expensive. It is more affordable for enterprise users than for small businesses.

The solution isn't cheap. It's very costly for an organization like ours. It's also expensive to integrate the solution with other products.
