We use ManageEngine Password Manager Pro to control privileged accounts. It is specifically meant to randomize passwords for privileged and service accounts. Additionally, we use the auditing feature to grant access and audit activities accordingly. The software also facilitates session recording, though we are not utilizing this feature currently.
As the infrastructure team, we utilize it to store all our service accounts and web account passwords. We use it for every password we require to access as a tool.

We primarily use the solution as a password vault. We use it mostly for privileged accounts. It's more for administrator application passwords. We don't use it for personal accounts. We use it for system accounts and privileged accounts only.
