SpamTitan is the email filter we use to drastically reduce the amount of spam we get in our inboxes. We're deployed at two physical locations with several departments. Altogether, it's about 360 email accounts.

I needed spam filtering and drift filtering with respect to my email. Nobody wants to go through their mail every day and throw away as much junk as I was throwing away at that time.
We use it for all our companies to essentially filter and secure our email. We have about eight companies who are using it, but they are all under one umbrella. It is one system the services multiple locations, so we access it internally through our corporate location where we have about 130 users who are licensed.

We have a business in which all of our users have email accounts. SpamTitan is an email gateway and it checks for spam, as the name implies, but it also checks for viruses and phishing emails to help stop them. We use it to help keep our company's email safe.

Our entire bank is using SpamTitan in a virtualized environment at several locations. It migrates from one server room to a different one. For example, if a server room goes down, it just migrates to the second one, then it goes up there. We have a single SpamTitan virtual appliance, which is on both sides of our data center. When a data center is down or very load heavy, it just migrates to the second one and we work through there.
We use TitanHQ SpamTitan in our organization and deploy it as a service for our clients. The primary use case is as a spam filter and for email sandboxing, which allows suspicious emails to be isolated, safely analyzed, and deleted if necessary. We have used the sandboxing feature for a month and implemented it for our clients instead of Microsoft 365 Defender because it's now included in the SpamTitan solution.

SpamTitan is used for spam protection, nothing else. That's what it does, and it does it well. SpamTitan Plus is nice because we can offer it to our clients. We use SpamTitan internally, but also resell it. SpamTitan Plus has additional security features like filtering out spoofing links. We mostly use SpamTitan with Microsoft 365, and it covers about 500 users. Almost all our customers are Microsoft 365 or G suite.
It is a spam appliance. We're using it in front of our server. It only covers one mail server, and it does the scanning of all of our incoming mail. In terms of its version, we're always up to date. It is the newest version. We have it set to auto-update.
We were getting inundated with spam and having a hard time controlling it. Microsoft has tools, but it was getting overwhelming, so we installed SpamTitan. It seems to have taken care of the issue. Right now, I'm only using it for one Exchange server.
It is web-based, but all our emails go to their site and get scrubbed. Thus, we only get the ones that we whitelist. Or, they have a scoring system and send them through to you.
Use it as a premium add-on for incoming mail, which goes through SpamTitan filters before being delivered to mailboxes (daily quarantine report with options to block/allow).
Also, on all outgoing mail (to further secure mailboxes).
It is used for any filtering pertaining to email: viral filtering, scam filtering, and spam filtering. We have implemented it in all our existing customers until now.

We primarily use the solution to filter out all the spam messages and go through and review other messages that get tagged as spam and figure out what's real and what's not.
We are using the spam filtering and the graylisting features for emails on Microsoft Office 365. In general, we are using their geo-blocking feature and email protection for malware, spam, phishing emails, etc.
We are an IT consulting company. We use SpamTitan for clients, that prefer an on-premise option instead of the cloud. Due to strict requirements and security concerns using the cloud is prohibited so they need to protect their servers in-house email servers. We always use a multi-tiered approach when it comes to designing and securing our clients email environments and SpamTitan is one of the products that we use. When email comes in, it is first scanned at the firewall, then it is passed onto SpamTitan. SpamTitan checks it again and then forwards it to the email server. For the past four years, this solution is working well and our clients are satisfied with our approach.

We use it to eliminate spam and viruses coming in. We wanted a solution that would filter out spam and work with O365. That was also easy to deploy and cost-effective. We have it deployed for all our users as our spam filter for all our emails.
We use it as an email security gateway to filter out spam and any malicious software that is often hidden in emails. We also use their feature for scanning links in emails to make certain that nothing gets to the end-user and invite them to click on a malicious site and download some nasty software. I'm an systems integrator and consultant and I use it for two of my clients who have on-premise Exchange Servers.

I work for a city government, and SpamTitan provides front-end protection for any incoming email. It scans for viruses or any malware that comes across the email. I also block some countries using geoblocking features in the software. For example, since we don't do business with China, we block any emails coming from there because most of them try to do something malicious.
Within our company, M&M Golf Cars, there are three companies under us, with everything from sales to marketing to customer interaction, both inbound and outbound. Anytime that we receive any type of email, it gets filtered through SpamTitan. The way that we have it set up is to filter on keywords. If something looks like it was written by a human, it will allow it to pass through, unless it throws some kind of flag that something looks suspicious. In general, it simply routes emails to our employees, giving us warnings if there is anything suspicious that we need to know about, before those emails actually are received. We use the cloud version of the solution, we don't have an onsite server. We have multiple companies within my company, but we've set them all up to route through SpamTitan.
It's used for protection and to improve our security. We have different layers of protection and this is one of them. SpamTitan's cloud is the first point where our emails are filtered and then they are delivered to us. Before everything is delivered to our Exchange Server it goes through the filter.

We use Microsoft exchange for our email and this solution for anti-spam email security. One of the use cases is, since we migrated from G Suite to Microsoft Office 365, we were experiencing lots of unwanted emails, payload or attachments, and some phishing emails from unknown sources being sent to our company email. Previously we have experienced a lot of this type of email traffic with G Suite as well. This is the first time the company is using an anti-spam or email solution.
