What is your primary use case for Zoho CRM?

I primarily use Zoho CRM to track the sales funnel, allowing me to monitor the progress of leads and opportunities. Over the past three years, I've used Zoho in various capacities, especially for setting up a basic team to start tracking leads and opportunities.

We use Zoho CRM for opportunity management, lead management, customer data and contact management, and campaign integration. We also integrate it with external systems for agency campaigns.

For all remote employees in our organization, Zoho CRM is used for tracking the leave applications and monthly reports can be generated automatically without any manual intervention. Before using Zoho CRM, our company had to collate and consolidate data manually which used to be a troublesome task. Just to complete the leave calculation, our company had to pay employees late or make assumptions about the presence of employees for upcoming working days, which minimized the visibility, which was solved using Zoho CRM. Every time an employee logs in for the day, it gets reflected in Zoho CRM for our company, as the login devices have been integrated beforehand. The solution allows our company to download all the attendance data at the end of the month for salary processing.

Zoho CRM provides flexibility. Most Indian customers choose Zoho because of its pricing. Also, HRMS is user-friendly. We use Zoho CRM to manage all leads, from lead generation to converting them into prospects and then providing services.

It serves as a centralized system for capturing and managing client information, tracking sales opportunities, and monitoring the sales pipeline. It also provides robust reporting capabilities to analyze and report on these key aspects of customer relationship management.

As a user, I use the product to manage client relationships. We have long-term relationships with clients, so keeping up with all the information and our conversations about their necessities and needs is really useful. We want to have a record of the proposals we send to the clients and our negotiations before the project is initiated in one place.

I use the product for customer relationship management.

I use the solution to manage the contracts with the vendors.

The tool is being used to process sales, and it is basic software to hold the database of clients and all actions regarding sales perspective.

We use Zoho CRM for sales management.

Zoho CRM has been a really good product. From a basic CRM perspective, we use it to maintain the details of our company's customers.

We've implemented this product for some of our clients and because of its flexibility, there have been several different use cases. I've implemented it as a true CRM where you capture leads, and convert them into your contacts, accounts and deals. You create proposals, and contracts, and then integrate them with some of the other Zoho packages. For other clients, we've taken the core concepts of the Zoho package and configured it for the healthcare industry. We are customers of Zoho and I'm a company director.

I primarily use Zoho CRM for downloading documents, managing customers and managers, and reporting.

We use Zoho CRM as our CRM and also for collecting data when clients come to us. We also use the solution to create appointments and manage information.

We use Zoho CRM for pipeline follow-ups. Our customer database is on the tool, so we use Zoho CRM to record customer data, the dates of client meetings, and when we did the POCs. All data we have on Zoho CRM are also shared with our customers. We also use Zoho CRM to predict how many sales we can do per quarter and year. These are our use cases for the tool.

We have around 500 to 1000 employees using this solution. The purpose of the CRM is to maintain relationships with our customers and to always stay connected in the most efficient way. Zoho CRM helped me to manage leads and opportunities and to use the dashboard and reporting features for better sales and growth.

We are not using the fully-fledged solution yet as we are still in the process of a full migration. We tested the solution for a year first and found it more user friendly compared to other solutions on the market. We use Zoho for our outbound and inbound channels to run marketing campaigns and to manage and track leads coming from those campaigns. We plan to adopt it for our entire sales cycle for customer relationship management.

We are using Zoho CRM to book appointments with the sales team. The leads come directly on the website, they schedule a meeting, and then it comes to Zoho CRM. There is another way leads come from, such as online social media channels or sales team engages with them. Once a deal is closed, it goes to the accounting software and creates invoices directly. Additionally, the solution can give estimates or quotations.

Zoho CRM can be used by both registered users and potential users. We use it for creating and managing modules, email broadcasting and integrating with email marketing tools, etc. We also use it for data sharing between users.

Zoho CRM is a small component and it is used to monitor our internet services.

This solution can be used for a lot of things. They have a number of modules for you to enter for your customer contact. You are also able to use it for analytics and monitoring. There are also many modules on the business side. You can integrate your database for different sales and marketing pitches, and you can integrate it with your call center which makes it easy to log complete details of your customers - you can even contact your customers for relationship management!

We are the product more on the sales leads side of it, for the sales cycle, for creating our customers' contract details and any deals where there are rules involved. We also use it for projections.

Zoho CRM can be used for ECommerce, customer management, and lead management. You can create flow strategies on how to manage everyone, including your customers.
