The dashboard is perfect. The UI could be more user-friendly because the buttons are pretty small. Only someone who knows where to find them will easily locate them. New users might have difficulty finding options. Since I've been working with it for a while, I don't have that problem.

Though Adobe Campaign is user-friendly, it is not as friendly as Tealium Customer Data Hub, to be honest. You will still require some knowledge of operating all the workflows.
