In user monitoring, AppDynamics Browser Real-User Monitoring should provide a better user experience. It needs to offer an end-to-end experience, including the internet layer and third-party elements that come into play on websites. Instead of focusing solely on the performance of the application web layer, it should have the inclusion of other domains like the internet, DNS, third parties, and caches that affect the user experience. There should be more options for more options for customizations to third-party visibilities. Another area of improvement is faster support. The response time could be faster.

A problem with App Dynamics is that they do not have robust documentation, making it difficult for start-up organizations who may need guidance. In addition, their documentation is complex and not easy to understand. Another problem with AppDynamics is the agents of division. There is no central distribution system to update all the endpoints, so we need patch mechanism updates to do those activities. It is cumbersome, and it's not easy, so they lag in that area.
The interface and user experience could be better. New products were built after the analysis of the dynamics. After analyzing the traffic, the bottlenecks, and the problems with the database, it's our job to make sure users in our company have a better experience with this solution. Mainly during COVID, there was a high number of transactions. Today, the solution is much better than two years ago. After we fixed the bugs and bottlenecks, the quality of the software improved. It reduced problems with queries on the database and problems in the browser and mobile application.

If you have a single URL and all the operations are coming in as part of the header, you will not be able to segregate them for different actions. I think this could be improved. There are different things which can be achieved using Core Change, but it cannot be easily done using the configuration change on the controller. Also, functionality could be increased on the End-User Monitoring side.

Aternity is a better solution for internet monitoring, so that is an area that could be improved. I would like to have customizable dashboards to use when I am monitoring certain applications. For example, AppDynamics does not need Power BI-related dashboards because it already supports such functionality. However, I would like to be able to include nicer gadgets or graphs, or perhaps more annotation.

AppD is really cool and a unified solution for both APM and APM centric Analytics side. We can show almost all business data within the APM context from the end-user perspetive. But this process is a little bit manual. If they catch and map business journeys based on customer interaction on the browser automatically, it should be really fine.
How do real users experience your browser-based applications? Using browser real-user monitoring follow their journey and optimize their experience with powerful end-to-end performance management that rapidly identifies application issues and relevant business transactions, and dramatically reduces MTTR.

We would like to be able to easily use this solution to monitor our Java script based browsers, which are currently blocked by the security settings.

I would like to see support for mobile testing and mobile monitoring. The cost is something that can be improved.
