Price-wise, it is not affordable. When we compare with other industry-leading software and even the same scale, there are certain software that can compete with Redwood, but Redwood is very highly paced. It is more SAP-friendly, at this point. Since it was owned by SAP for a very long time, they have made it SAP-friendly. But if you look at the tool as an enterprise tool, it is not really that great. You can have better options when you couple it with SAP.
It would be nice if Redwood RunMyJobs could work on different systems. The support team is helpful, however, they could be even better at reaching out to users who need help. If the reporting options were more flexible, it would make the product better. Also, if the way it looks and works is easier for people who don't know much about tech, that would be good.

It would be great if Redwood RunMyJobs could be made available for other platforms. The support team is responsive, however, it can be more active and reach out to the users who need assistance. More flexibility in the reporting options would enhance the product. Enhancing the user interface would make it more appealing to new users with limited technical knowledge. The documentation is detailed. That said, it can be made more user-friendly and easily accessible. It would be great if advanced features were added to Redwood RunMyJobs. The cost may be of concern to smaller organizations with limited budgets.

The dashboard provided can be made more visually appealing and could include more critical data that would help associates in one glance get the required information. There can be more pre-built integration setups that can be used based on the changing business requirements. Due to the lack of this, we are forced to integrate adapters. I have not noted any downsides.
