The log management feature needs to be improved, specifically, the ability to send logs from the console via API. This feature is quite limited and feels outdated. Implementing log management is complicated. For MSPs, it’s difficult because they need to find specific or automated solutions, which can be challenging. They should have features that protect or consider the ability to connect to cloud services, such as the customer's office tenants. It would also be beneficial to have the ability to control and log activities in Microsoft Active Directory to protect customer directories.
The EDR part of the product is an area of concern where improvements are required. With the product's EDR part, it is really hard for users to get going with the investigation part or to deal with the integration of IoAs since such areas are not well done in the tool. Better analytics and reporting features would be great in the product's future releases.
We pay double the price than what we would pay for a comparable solution. The solution's documentation is not good, and I'm struggling to change global configurations. My employer changed its name, and it was very difficult to change the account information. The support desk is not quite what I expected. Overall, I'm not quite happy with the solution. The solution's overall usability could be improved. The UI is not very modern, and it's clumsy. I didn't find any instructional videos for the solution. The solution's UI could be improved. The solution's integration with remote monitoring and management could be better.

Trend Micro should improve its Worry-Free Services Suites, particularly the agent for Windows operating systems. For example, we have experienced issues with the agent on Windows 12 and 2012 R2. Trend Micro must also improve its agent for Linux operating systems and provide an open source solution for Java environments. They currently do not offer a solution for Open NOS systems.
