Hello community,
I work for a large computer software company.
I have a three-story new multi-million dollar, all-concrete home prewired CAT 7 shielded to drive 16 plus APs and 4-5 wall ports for TVs and cameras with 2 air bridges to remotely connect gates and bldgs 1,500 feet away.
I am considering NETGEAR or Cisco with PoE vs PoE+. Which solution is better for a single-provider system: NETGEAR or Cisco?
All devices must be POE or POE+ as no 120-volt outlets are provided for APs externally mounted to ceilings.
There are 2-3 users, video conferencing, and streaming TVs.
Thank you for your help.
Here are the reasons why Cisco with PoE+ is the better solution for a single-provider system:
If you are looking for a reliable and scalable solution for your single-provider system, it may be a good idea to go with Cisco with PoE+.
