I have a good amount of experience with IBM Netcool Omnibus/Impact but haven't used Moogsoft.
Could someone suggest which is the best fit for the event management solution - IBM Tivoli NetCool OR Moogsoft?
I'm looking for a comparison based on the points below:

2. Ease of deployment and configuration
3. HTML5 Web Portal availability from both tools
4. Integrations with various monitoring tools stack
