Our primary use case includes Office 365, endpoints, Teams, SharePoint, and Salesforce. However, we have not supported any mobile devices.
The way they handle the backups is pretty good. Reporting is also a huge positive, especially the Excel reports and the reporting tool.
Real-time alerts are crucial for better incident management. Additionally, the support team generally needs to be more proactive with technical and general suggestions. The documentation should be improved, with more advanced feature guides and video resources.
I have been working with Druva inSync for six years.
Druva inSync is not very stable. We have faced several issues, such as abrupt backup failures, internal errors, and unexplained removal of features like Cloud Cache. The documentation on their website is also not very clear.
