The solution's technical support depends on the support plan one opts for, and our company currently has a basic support plan. I think that my company gets an answer within a day of contacting the product's support team, so it is not bad. If you want real-time support, then it does cost money. I rate the technical support an eight out of ten.

The most valuable feature is the page search, where I can have it visit my competitor's website and search through all of their promotions and offerings. The SPSS Modeler components are all built-in, which is useful. The notebooks are really helpful for data science. It has a lot of data connectors, which is extremely helpful.
