The tool has given us more visibility, but I'm not very technical, so I can't comment on specific features. However, the diagnostic tools for identifying system issues have greatly improved, which we appreciate. We still use Cisco ICE for authentication on the Juniper network, as we did before. We've seen cost benefits with the Juniper WLC Series, which was a key factor in our decision-making during the proof of concept. Besides cost improvements, we've also noticed better resolution of issues and faults in our help desk, thanks to the enhanced features.

The product has no impact on any workloads because the implementation consists just of putting the client code and connecting the asset to internal sources, so sometimes, it can be done by non-IT personnel. If you can enter into a good contract with the product vendor, then I can definitely recommend the tool to you since it is a very cost-effective tool. AI can be integrated into the product. There is a sign in the brand logo of the product stating that it is driven by AI. I think that the AI part of the product is working because the tune-up of the access points has been going on very smoothly. I don't know the benefits of the product since it was selected by our company's architect and I had to deploy it. I rate the tool a ten out of ten.

Juniper WLC Series is a very high-performance device designed for indoor wireless deployment. The solution supports the Wi-Fi standard and provides reliable and very high-speed connectivity. The solution's most valuable feature is the templates we are using. It has a configuring process that ensures consistency in our network infrastructure by reducing risk and errors.
