A very stable tool that offers security and protection, along with automatic updates
The product's initial setup was very straightforward. When it comes to the time taken for the deployment part of 360 Safeguard, once in the back-end, the tool normally shows a message and shows the upgrade or whatever is running the back-end that I might not have noticed. The solution is deployed on the cloud. I could not even notice the deployment process because I think it just somehow showed up in my system one day, and it worked with my Windows system very smoothly and seamlessly. When I install Windows Office and choose Office 365, I see 360 Safeguard installed.

Cost-effective with real-time and proactive detection
While features are really good and promising to use and implement, a certain level of improvement is required in terms of software deployment across different business environments. It is highly advisable to create multiple child logins to operate the running of the software across multiple interfaces in one go without any trouble. Also, it is advised to incorporate the features like round-the-clock, 24/7/365 scanning of the system in the background without disturbing the routine front-end work. This ensures no lapses or threat entry into the system at all.

Pros

"I like that it's stable and easy to access."
"The product's initial setup was very straightforward."
"What I found most valuable in 360 Safeguard is its VPN feature. I support remote sites, so I use a VPN."
"Check Point Antivirus is a cost-effective security solution for businesses and that's why its acceptability by various other fields and organizations is humongous."
"Heuristic detection scans for suspicious characteristics that can be found in unknown, new viruses and modified versions of known viruses."
"They have pretty much everything you can ask for as far as features are concerned. That is because they know their market. They are focused on what they do and they do only that."
"There is almost no impact on the security Gateway/Cluster performance after the activation of the blade, especially if you don't scan nested archives."
"It generates enough visibility in terms of what happens on our equipment."
"We find the zero-day protection to be an extremely valuable feature of this solution."
"This solution helps make sure that we can patch and keep security going without having to talk to everyone for change management."
"The simplicity of management and remote assistance for the users make it a smooth experience, and administrators can easily handle tasks remotely."

Cons

"It could be more secure and compatible with other software."
"The web center in 360 Safeguard could be better, so this is its area for improvement. 360 Safeguard could be more scalable, especially for big businesses."
"In 360 Safeguard, there is something called the menu or advanced menu support, a process that I find to be a little bit awkward."
"The biggest thing would be the ability to update the SMO's and gateways through Gaia instead of always completing it through the command line."
"The automatic updates use my internet during downloads before I authorize them."
"I'm not very happy with the support, even in terms of the website. They don't offer much."
"The next release can focus more on timely upgrades to enhance computing compatibility."
"I would prefer it if this solution was cheaper for everybody to buy it and enjoy these wonderful and distinguished characteristics."
"Check Point Antivirus' performance could be faster. It needs to include app-based support to upload screenshots of issues. It needs to add timely and regular updates. The dashboards and reporting features need to offer more efficiency."
"A certain reduction in the annual subscription pricing could help many startup organizations like ours."
"The technical support could be improved."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"360 Safeguard is low-priced. It only costs $300."
"I bought a license — it's quite cheap. It's definitely cheaper than an American product. It costs approximately $40 a year."
"Check Point Antivirus is a good solution, but it's a little costly."
"We are paying 2,50,000 Sri Lankan Rupees annually which is the fixed charge."
"Choosing the correct set of licenses is essential because, without the additional software blade licenses, the Check Point gateways are just a stateful firewall."
"Check Point Antivirus is the most economical solution."
"Check Point Antivirus is an expensive solution, especially for clients that don't have as many endpoints. Check Point Antivirus has a free trial for one month, and within the trial period, there's no limit to the number of endpoints it can support, but when the trial expires, you'll have to buy the license, which covers one year. You can't buy a license for the solution without being a Check Point partner first."
"The pricing is very expensive. You need to buy the appliance and subscription as well."
