Used for reporting and monitoring purposes and to check the business KPIs
We take real-time decisions based on the solution's charts. We get an automated email from the solution in our mailbox so that we can particularly only check those error reports into Amplitude. If an end user gets an error while trying to do a transaction, we get alerts from the solution. I would recommend the solution to other users. Amplitude is a very easy-to-use and user-friendly tool. It allows us to create charts, demonstrate data, and view it effectively. Overall, I rate the solution a nine out of ten.

Good value, easy to use, and easy to deploy
In terms of what can be improved, that is a question I think the end users can tell you better. I'm not the end-user for this system. However, I can say that it needs to be more scalable. I think they already have a good value proposition in terms of being a hybrid model, and the reporting is okay, as well. It could have better integration with other SIEMs, but this integration has to come from the SIEM side, not ObserveIT.

"Amplitude offers flexibility in real-time data analysis, allowing users to make immediate decisions."
"I loved using Amplitude because it allowed me to dive deep into product usage and analyze different customer segments."
"We can create charts and bar charts for visualization purposes and check real-time data with the solution."
"Other areas like cohort analysis, defining key events, and user properties were also well-suited for Amplitude. It is an easy tool to use."
"ObserveIT is small, easy to use, easy to deploy, and is not complicated, so it's more generally suited for only SMBs. It's a good value with a cheaper price."

Cons

"We have seen tagging issues with Amplitude in rare scenarios, which can be improved."
"Setting up reports in Amplitude was challenging for me as a newer user."
"The visualization of the properties can also be enhanced. Basically, the visualization could be better, and the real-time analytics can be enhanced."
"The free features in Amplitude Analytics need enhancement."
"ObserveIT is not scalable and it's not for the medium to large corporations. It's for the smaller environments. For the larger corporations, we have other scalable solutions."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"Pricing is a little on the higher end, especially when considering scalability."
