Improves accuracy and has the easiest interface and good scalability
Orchestrator needs an overhaul. They have added so many functions that it is sometimes quite hard to find the right settings. They have a tree hierarchy with the host and the tenant. Some settings you do on the host, and some settings you do on the tenant. You need to know at which level you are to find what you need. It all looks very same. The other thing that I have been telling them for years is the width of the activity. You cannot change the width. I do a lot of training to show something, and I constantly have to go into the advanced editor to show what is in there, but the big thing right now is Orchestrator.

Pricing and Cost Advice

Information not available
"I only know about the community version. They give us two robots as a part of the community version, and they are enough for my practice and personal automations. For the office work, my Infra team checks the licenses needed for a particular use case, and my management team manages the pricing and licenses."
"The price of the Enterprise version is high, and the licensing is very complex. For small businesses like ours, licensing is a very complex task and takes too much time."
"We analyzed and compared the costs of RPA from different vendors and we found that UiPath was the most cost-effective in the long term. An unattended robot costs approximately $8,500 annually."
"From a cost perspective, unattended robots are better."
"We license the use of the product on a yearly basis. The licensing we bought costs $7000 in 2019 for what we have in production. That is the cost of the license plus Studio."
"Before we procured the license, the pricing they quoted was too high. We continued to negotiate for almost a month. This is something they can improve from their side. If they had quoted the right price, we would not have had to negotiate. We got more than a 50% reduction in the price, which is bad on their part."
"Our licensing costs are around $40,000 a year."
"Licensing costs are high, but still well within a positive return on investment."
