Displays data visually from multiple sources while integrating seamlessly with existing systems
Grafana provides a user-friendly interface for viewing infrastructure metrics through dashboards. It integrates with Prometheus to pull data and offers a straightforward setup process. Users can monitor metrics with greater ease, and the tool aids in quickly identifying issues by providing a visual representation of data. Grafana's integration capability is straightforward, which facilitates building dashboards as needed.

Helps to find devices that are lost but improvement is needed in mapping
The tool's deployment is easy. There are lots of documents and support available online. I help deploy Workspace ONE Intelligence. It's not hard to deploy since we've done it many times. We use the on-premises solution now. Basic deployment takes one day, but adding features like tunneling takes an extra day. The main challenge is network connectivity. The documentation is good and available online.

"The solution can scale well."
"It has good stability."
"Integration is also very easy."
"The tool's most valuable feature is its tunneling capability. It is good for inventory, encryption, device location, and kiosk mode. If a device is lost, you can find it. We integrated it with a third-party tool for one-time passwords and two-factor authentication. The user-friendly interface makes device management easy."

Cons

"Multiple dashboards combined into one dashboard has slowed things down for us."
"All the features are complicated."
"The main drawback is the necessity for endpoint monitoring."
"The formatting could be better."
"Grafana could consider building its own metrics system to eliminate the reliance on other tools like Prometheus, providing a one-stop solution."
"It is limited on the reporting type supported, which is important for managerial-level officers who want reports that are either general or specific."
"The technical support has room for improvement."
"There are some areas of network drives that are not showing as expected based on server usage."
"One area for improvement is location mapping - it uses Bing Maps instead of Google Maps, which isn't always up to date. Device enrollment can also be challenging, especially for older devices that need a factory reset."
"Windows devices management needs improvement."
