Simplifies processes, is easy to set up, and offers good integrations
They need to improve the planning section of Enterprise One. They need to improve the logs and need to write some sort of script that clears logs after so many days. There need to be proper error codes. The red alerts need to be explained a bit better. Te yellow alerts are fine. The product planning feature need improvement. There needs to be more functional. The sales forecasting needs to be improved. It is expensive.

A fusion product that excels in multiple facets
The initial setup is easy. It has made life easier compared to other ERPs in the market. Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP offers features like spreadsheet loaders and integration tools that facilitate data migration from legacy systems to the new ERP version. These tools provide a plug-and-play interface, simplifying data input for functional and technical personnel. Earlier, It was a day-to-day job of inserting the data; migration was complex, and keeping track was difficult. Migration and tracking are streamlined with Fusion Cloud ERP, and tasks such as importing and exporting data are more straightforward. I would rate the initial setup a nine out of ten, where one is complex and ten is easy. The availability of connectivity tools, learning resources, and Oracle MetaLink support greatly aids users during implementation. The supportive community, including the Oracle ERP community, provides valuable assistance.

"With the new versions, it has become very user-friendly. We have integration with mobiles, and we have cloud-based solutions. There are a lot of things that can be done by front-end users without technical knowledge. They can create reports without having to do any coding, and it's very good now."
"I have found the solutions best features to be financial procurement, inventory, and manufacturing."
"It is very straightforward to deploy and set up."
"It's easy to deploy, and we don't have to worry about upgrading anything."

It also has Fusion Intelligence, a data warehouse integrated with the database that offers real-time data integration and prebuilt analytical reporting. These are standard features of the product."
"The user interface is the best feature."

Cons

"The licensing is expensive compared to other solutions on the market."
"While it is easy to handle, there is room for improvement compared to more sophisticated ERP systems."
"The initial setup of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne is straightforward. However, it could improve."
"There is room for improvement on the payroll side, as the solution is not very strong in this area."
"Localization features are critical for all regions. Improving these features in various countries and markets is essential to meet customer needs."
"Needs better integration with IoT solutions."
"The only issue I see is Oracle's lack of focus on the product. When the sales team calls us, they try to promote OCI more than JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. They don't even talk about it. I feel there's no focus from Oracle Corporation themselves. The salespeople either don't know about it or don't talk about it. When they have something new, they only talk about EBS or OCI. This gives a feeling that there's no interest from Oracle. We don't see much new functionality being released or announced in the roadmap."
"We found that the system was unable to address many of our concerns, especially when it comes to project management."
"The interface could be improved in future releases."
"For economically weak countries, the solution's price appears expensive"
"The stability is not as good as Informatica, but this is very good."
"One disadvantage is that we don't have immediate access to evaluate or fix data that is not in the app until we own the database."
"Oracle ERP Cloud needs to be more mature, especially in terms of some advanced modules, such as manufacturing, supply chain planning, and production."
"Their methodology of implementation is very rigid."
"Improve support services in the new features roadmap."
"The Oracle ERP Cloud accounts payable could be improved."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The licensing is for mid-market businesses, where it is cheaper than Oracle Cloud, EBS, or SAP."
"I rate the tool's pricing a three out of ten."
"The solution is really expensive."
"The pricing is very high. Even though the license is perpetual yet you have to get the maintenance. Since we pay using Pesos, it's very expensive."
"The solution's pricing depends on the deal and the number of users."
"It depends on the number of users and the modules that you want to buy. It is licensed on a perpetual license basis. You buy the license costs upfront, and then there is maintenance for support that you pay every year, which is typically about 20%."
"The maintenance of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne is expensive and overall the solution is expensive. Most enterprise operation solution is expensive."
"JD Edwards EnterpriseOne has a lot of value for the money. The implementation cost and license cost are quite reasonable compared to other solutions, such as Oracle EBS or SAP."
"The solution is expensive and there are some services that are extra costs."
"For an ERP Cloud, the pricing is relatively high."
"The solution's pricing is reasonable in the global market"
"Oracle ERP Cloud is on the expensive side."

"The price is average compared to other vendors. The licensing is on a yearly basis depending on the subscription pattern. There are no extra costs apart from licensing."
"The tool’s price must be improved."
"We pay additional costs to a consulting company."
