I have no idea if I use some automation functions. I can't find any disadvantages; maybe that is because many companies haven't used it. I would prefer to see some features such as AI in antivirus solutions. I appreciate reporting, but it could be better with monthly reporting or auto-generated monthly reports.

"The update process and policy control are good."
"Seqrite Endpoint Security is a good solution."
"I like Seqrite's web protection features and external device control."
"The setup process was easy for our remote clients and us as well."
"The most valuable feature is its endpoint protection, particularly the antivirus component. It has been very effective in protecting our clients, and since its installation, we haven't encountered any issues with compromised endpoints or virus impacts."
"The only thing that I have found useful is that I have an overview of my systems in the networks."
"The convenience has been great."
"The dashboard management feature is valuable."
"The most valuable features of the solution stem from the fact that I like the tool's UI, ease of management, ease of making reports, and the ability to export information easily."
"We have control over our devices, specifically USB ports, allowing us to block or control the traffic."
"It is stable, and the performance is good."
"What I appreciate the most about WatchGuard EPDR is that with the managed detection and response system, when there is an alert about the product running, the turnaround time for enabling it is less than two hours."
"WatchGuard EPDR improves organization primarily by supporting the IT team rather than the end users directly. It helps IT teams accomplish more with fewer people. One of its standout features is the patch management solution, which allows companies without up-to-date services like WSUS to manage patches for Windows and Linux systems. Additionally, it provides the usual endpoint protection features such as virus and malware protection, application control, and website control."
"I've found it's got excellent web protection."
"The interface is great."

Cons

"Deployment of Seqrite Endpoint Security is generally straightforward. The only complexity we encounter is that, since it is cloud-based, there can be delays in updating the endpoint's status."
"Endpoint Security would be improved by adding DLP."
"The solution needs to improve stability."
"The product or service could be improved by incorporating SIEM integrations to enable the collection of logs."
"In the next version, they should improve the areas of utility and centralized control."
"When it comes to the support provided by the product, I see that Seqrite is not as mature as the other products in the market."
"The interface is slow."
"I would like to see Seqrite add a remote profile so we can implement different policies for users connecting to the in-office LAN and those accessing the office network from home or a public internet connection."
"The stability could be improved. My teammates who use Panda Security and I have experienced some issues."
"The gap between the two final conclusions is a problem, whether or not a file is known to be malware or is known to be safe."
"The software has performance issues due to its requirements on the processor."
"The AV and scanning features could be a little bit better."
"An area for improvement would be the software deployment to seamlessly deploy software packages across multiple machines simultaneously, and to enhance the remote monitoring capabilities."
"Improvements could be made in terms of how the reporting is structured."
"They need to offer a clear dashboard so you can see everything everywhere all at once."
"It needs improvements in its EDR and its ability to manage all the nodes. I'd like better communication between the console and the nodes, so I don't have to remote into each individual machine that's having an issue with the protection."
