Trustworthy and provides good availability
Our administrator found the solution easy to use, but once that administrator left, it felt very overwhelming to the individual who took it over. It could be more of a knowledge transfer situation that didn't happen, but we didn't know if it was easy to use. Precisely Assure QuickEDD is deployed on the cloud in our organization. The implementation of QLED helped us with our recovery time objective and was a seamless transition. In order to utilize the product to its fullest potential, users should be knowledgeable of what it offers. They should also form a relationship with the person who is their representative. Overall, I rate the solution an eight or nine out of ten.

"It would be better if we could get more reporting features in VMware SRM."

"The solution currently has a five-minute RPO, meaning if the VM goes down we can lose up to five minutes of data which is a big deal when it relates to database replication."
"VMware Cloud Disaster Recovery could improve by enhancing the network bandwidth from the storage."
"The product's stability could be better."
"When starting up the replication and converting it to the virtual machine I had some problems. I had to start the process again and that is inconvenient."

I'm presenting the standard license to my customers because the total of VMs is not more than 50. The customer needs only the standard license and the cost is very effective for him."
"The level of licensing required for this solution is dependent on the server instances in use."
"We have a standard enterprise license for the solution."
"The cost of SRM is on par with market rates."
