Improves employees' security awareness, integrates with AD, and user synchronization works well
As we have to report the results of each training to different recipients, it will be very helpful when the reporting system is improved. We would like to create reports for local IT leaders in a different way, more suitable for upper management. We need to have archive functions for older training in order to satisfy requests from local regulators.

Quotes from Members

"It's very good at identifying threats."
"A one-stop shop for email protection"
"The spam filter for email is good."
"The Tap and Trap features. They are the best features."
"The initial implementation is pretty easy to handle."
"Provides better control over emails, especially those sent via Office 365 on the cloud."
"Most valuable is the SSO integration with our AD, so the users can employ our federation service to log in."

Cons

"The reporting section could be enhanced. I like some reports but if they could allow us to create custom reports with more flexibility it would enhance the reports more."
"Proofpoint Email Protection could improve on the training. Every organization is different and to fine-tune it to block everything properly there needs to be better training. Sometimes it can block some of the information it shouldn't."
"We find the cost to be prohibitive."
"You only receive one model in Proofpoint Email Protection and the other ones you have to purchase at a high price. There should be more available with the solution and additional models should be less expensive."
"Unfortunately, the whole product is going downhill right now, ever since they were sold to Thoma Bravo. We're constantly having problems with stability and the product in general."
"The support team was a bit slow."
"They do not have an on-demand scan for the internal viruses and internal users, and they don't have a scan for the exchange server against viruses and spam as Symantec does."
"Proofpoint Email Protection could improve by reducing the price."
"We would like to create reports for local IT leaders in a different way, more suitable for upper management."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The tool's pricing depends on the customer's preference, offering options for an annual license or a monthly subscription. The cost varies based on factors such as the number of users and specific requirements. Overall, the pricing is competitive."

"The end customer is buying our solution, which can be for monthly or annual usage depending on our payment and business model."
