It stops fraud in banks and reduces their costs
RSA Adaptive Authentication is one of the most used tools for stopping fraud in the world. The tool is very good variable to take into account when deciding what product to choose. I think RSA is best options in this field since the tool is a really good piece of engineering.
Justine Sabordo - PeerSpot reviewer
Has an efficient risk-based authentication feature and an easy deployment process
RSA Authentication Manager is a robust solution that provides comprehensive protection for both on-premise and cloud-based applications. It is well-suited for enterprises seeking extensive protection across various environments. The hardware token feature stands out as particularly effective. It is straightforward and user-friendly, making it ideal for non-technical users, including older individuals who may need to become more familiar with complex technologies. The risk-based authentication feature adapts and learns from various parameters or attributes, allowing for a more refined authentication policy. It helps maintain a secure environment by tailoring authentication measures based on user location or device. I rate it an eight out of ten.

Pricing and Cost Advice

"Keep the proxy service layer on premises. That consumes SaaS security services on the back-end."
"Customers need to deploy the solution in a very expensive infrastructure. RSA should should think about a less expensive infrastructure for customers because the solution costs around $100,000, and the infrastructure needed to support that solution may be even more expensive than that price."
"You may need to opt for second best if funding is low and the number of users is huge. However, the pricing is able to be negotiated if your user figures are huge."
"The pricing is $50 per head, yearly."
"The pricing is a little bit complicated because sometimes resellers are able to make prices that are too low. Our price, with a discount, is typically not as high as some of our competitors."
"The solution is costly."
"As a new customer, the minimum cost would be four dollars, but you have room for negotiation, potentially bringing it down to as low as three dollars."
