The solution provides endpoint detection and response with a nice-looking dashboard
The solution is easily scalable because it's in the cloud and we can push the agents using our Cafea solution. We can even deploy the applications to our remote branches easily. We currently have four people using the solution and if the number of computers increases we can scale up by increasing the number of licenses.

"The solution's most valuable aspect, for us, is the DLP portion of the product."
"We were concerned about the threat posed by malware. The product's effectiveness in addressing this threat and capturing it within the network has been quite helpful."
"The central management console is valuable, as it consolidates everything into one place, allowing users to access logs and events without visiting multiple websites or consoles."

Cons

"Deployment and central management need to be improved."
"The product is not secured and doesn't offer a fast connection."
"Sophos EPP Suite demands significant resources just to operate. For example, it takes up more than 50% of the resources on our laptop to run it. So, even if we buy a laptop i7 and use 50% resources for Sophos, it will cost us more because every computer needs energy. I don't know why or what the exact problem is."
"In terms of improvement, the main challenge is setting up VPN connections."
"More integration options could be included in Sophos EPP Suite."
"It would be ideal if the price could be lowered a little bit."
"Sophos EPP Suite could improve the way it can be installed. They used to have one installer and now they have two, one for the server and one for the client. I don't know the difference, it brings confusion."
"There could be an equipment inventory feature for the solution."
"The solution's integration with the Windows environment could be better."

"A yearly subscription has to be purchased or made towards the licensing cost of the solution. The solution is an affordable or an economical one for corporate houses."
"From my perspective, it is not the most expensive, it is aligned with the market."

"I rate the price of Sophos EPP Suite a four out of five."
"The solution for an enterprise license costs around 13 million Philippine pesos."
