Unlike some tools we have on Microsoft, Google Drive allows me to share documents with people outside my organization easily. I can upload a document, create a link, and share it directly. With Microsoft, sharing with people outside my organization often requires additional permissions, possibly due to our IT policies.
For presentations, I use Microsoft tools for work-related tasks, but for personal projects, such as creating something for my child's class, I upload and share them via Google Drive instead. Additionally, we use Google Drive to upload and store personal documents.
The product is intuitive and comfortable to use. People may not realize they can create and share presentations and documents with a link.
