I mainly use the Mist Wi-Fi solution from Juniper.

The AI integration with Marvis is very valuable. The network optimization and management provided by Marvis is unparalleled. It is a very powerful tool available on the market. The dynamic optimization of the network means fewer APs are required than other solutions.

Our main uses include corporate connectivity for our 4,500 staff, guest access, Wi-Fi for about 20 public libraries, partner Wi-Fi, gov Wi-Fi for government organizations, and Eduroam for the education network at some sites.

The tool has given us more visibility, but I'm not very technical, so I can't comment on specific features. However, the diagnostic tools for identifying system issues have greatly improved, which we appreciate. We still use Cisco ICE for authentication on the Juniper network, as we did before. We've seen cost benefits with the Juniper WLC Series, which was a key factor in our decision-making during the proof of concept. Besides cost improvements, we've also noticed better resolution of issues and faults in our help desk, thanks to the enhanced features.

The solution's most valuable feature is the templates we are using. It has a configuring process that ensures consistency in our network infrastructure by reducing risk and errors.

I am a coordinator and senior IT specialist and we use the product to provide wireless to our customers. There are about 1,000 people using the product in the company. At the time of deployment, we'd moved to a new location so there was no previous wireless option on site.

I can't say that there's anything valuable in the product now. We've reached end-of-life with it and are now getting an alternative solution.
