Regarding scalability, the solution is not more on the on-premises version since it is more on the cloud version, and it is now on an AWS cloud. So, it was better to change completely and go to the cloud solution. However, I don't exactly know what kind of scalability it has. I don't know how many users were using the solution since there were users using it worldwide. So, that's the reason it is on the cloud. I don't follow the projects concerning my organization's plans to increase the use of the solution.
