Technical support is somewhere around six or seven on a scale from one to ten. The challenge is that support is not always immediately available, particularly if the customer site lacks necessary identification or is at a branch location. This requires our IT staff to execute remote instructions, presenting difficulties.

The product's initial setup phase was easy. The solution is deployed on an on-premises model. The time required to deploy the solution depends on the requirements of its users. Getting the power on takes several hours, but if PowerEdge C's deployment involves more complexities, it may take a day or two to complete the deployment process.
