Trellix MOVE AntiVirus Reviews

This solution is intended for endpoint users and endpoint solutions. I like that it addresses our needs comprehensively.

We are using Slack Intelligence, which is also from Trellix, and Threat Intelligence, which are valuable features of this solution.

This solution will consume more resources for the end users, which is an area for improvement.

I have been using this solution since 2004.

On a scale of one to ten, the stability is an eight or nine.

This solution is scalable for our needs. We started with 50 users, and now we are using it for 2,000 users. It has been very easy to scale up.

The customer service is very helpful. I would rate it as nice out of ten.

Positive

The initial setup was very easy. We had support from Trellix, which made the process smooth.

Only one person was involved in the implementation. I did not take part in the installation, but I was involved in purchasing Trellix and contacting our consultant. I am not directly using it. The deployment took about a day, but some fine-tuning took two to three days.

We considered other vendors, such as Trend Micro. We also completed a lot of proof of concept evaluations with Symantec and Trend Micro.

We are using TriNet, and now Trellix. Trellix MOVE Antivirus is just an abbreviation for a compatible product. I rate the overall product as an eight out of ten.
