Inflectra SpiraTest is on the cloud, mainly deployed on Microsoft Azure. For now, my rating for Inflectra SpiraTest is seven out of ten, but if I get to use it more, that rating could be higher or lower, but at the moment, it's a seven. My company is a customer of Inflectra SpiraTest.
Inflectra SpiraTest is flexible. if you are working on a different requirement traceability tool, it is assured are that your transitioning to Inflectra would be very smooth when you switch over to SpiraTest. Even to retain test data on another tool Inflectra provides plugins that help you connect the tool, currently in use with Spiratest. So the transitioning could be a slow process, if you want it to be, as is the case usually is, but saves time from a Transitioning Project. So, time and resources are saved.
There would be others that might offer the same facilitation but the guidance documentation and the coverage of plugins for various tools to connect with Spiratest is huge, very large in number, meaning no testing tool which is in use by a decent number of users is left out by Spiratest for its connectivity.
If you have recently deployed or bought a license for Spiratest, plan to transition all your requirements management processes into the repository quickly. Do not have distributed or partial requirement management processes, i.e manual and automated processes running in parallel! Have an inclination towards automation.
Pull out the reports and check the status for various project parameters and plan for improvement. Monitor the improvements and project streamlining firming up gradually.
I would advice you to have good training in the beginning, that is, to invest in training. Also, look into getting help to create a proper setup. I would rate Inflectra SpiraTest at seven on a scale from one to ten.
SpiraTest I would rate, based on my experience, as a great tool for any SDLC model, product, process, project types. In terms of flexibility, in terms of the stability of the product as given, I would rate it a nine on a scale of ten.

You don't need complex integrations with other tools. Compared to its competitors, most of the features are the same but the price is better. I would rate it an eight out of ten.
