One issue I faced while extracting reports may have been a networking issue. Sometimes, it takes some time to execute the reports. If there are any changes we want to make in the tool, we can customize the reports as per our needs, which is a good option. The tool is flexible. Our company has not yet implemented the AI automation system. I have not faced any challenges in working with the product since I have already used SAP Business One. Based on the needs and challenges of users, I can recommend the tool to them. I have met so many of my colleagues from other organizations, and I have asked them to implement the Oracle E-Business Suite, as I found it to be working well for me. I rate the tool a seven out of ten.
SAP and Oracle have the best ERPs. Many distribution and retail companies in Mexico use Oracle E-Business Suite. I rate the overall product an eight out of ten.
Users should have deep pockets and evaluate their needs carefully. Apart from the one-time investment, there is ongoing investment due to licensing policies and hardware requirements. Oracle works well for large enterprises, but there are other alternatives to consider. Overall, I would rate it a five out of ten.
I use and implement the tool. I will recommend the product to others. You will see the benefits of the solution if you have the right partner. As an implementer or consultant, I rate the product a ten out of ten. However, since the user experience must be improved, I rate the solution a nine out of ten overall.

Oracle E-Business Suite is reasonably good. It offers a licensing model, which offers long-term cost advantages compared to the cloud-based license provided by SAP. As an end user, my role was very limited. In 2011, when we implemented SAP, I was heavily involved because I was heading operations and maintenance. We had inventory management, budgeting, and everything integrated seamlessly from that perspective. Overall, I rate the solution a six out of ten.
I have been working with Oracle E-Business Suite for the past 10 to 12 years. There are always some bugs and missing patches, so I would rate it a nine out of ten. Also, they have fixed it, but with the passive time after month-to-month payments, we have to beg to apply the patch to the product. That is the main thing we are missing. I would like to see Oracle E-Business Suite include all the necessary patches and fixes in the main product instead of requiring customers to pay for support for each one. This would make it easier and more efficient to customize the product to meet specific needs.
We are not using the latest version of the solution. We are planning to change the product. We are researching ERPs from SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft. We decided to use Oracle ten years ago. We are more interested in Microsoft Dynamics because we use Microsoft products like Microsoft 365 and Teams. Currently, we are upgrading the software. We contacted Oracle to upgrade the tool. I would recommend the solution to others, but we faced some issues. We couldn't upgrade to the latest version. We don't have the latest version of the database or application. Overall, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.

I'm an end-user. Whether or not I would recommend the solution to others depends on the company and the automation they need. Oracle works well, however, it's not for every organization. A very common practice is to use SAP. If a solution doesn't solve any value for your business, it's not worth putting it in. I'd rate the solution five out of ten. It's helpful in some ways yet lacking in others. For example, it can do procurement, it can do sales, and it can do financial reporting, however, it cannot do my warehouse or transportation management. It cannot do my planning bit. It can't do my production or manufacturing. There's a lot missing.

Small and medium enterprises do not need the solution. Big companies might want to think about whether to use the solution because there are other options like SAP and Microsoft. The solution offers Oracle Cloud but it operates on the same concept. Transferring or dealing with data is very old fashioned. Each module has a different database and you need to transfer data from AB to GL to run reports, create recurring reports, or create recurring processes. This is a very bad setup. Even in the cloud, you have to post entries in payroll or AP and transfer the journal to the GL to see live or trial balances. There are no automatic dashboards or live reports. The solution is rated a four out of ten.

My recommendation is to not customize E-Business Suite. The upgrades are complicated and when you go from version to version, it's not a good thing. You have to spend a lot of money so if you're already doing that you might as well go for a product that satisfies your requirements. If an organization has the opportunity to go to the cloud, then it's worth doing. It's pay-as-you-go, you're free from DBAs and a lot of complicated processes, and everything is taken care of in the cloud, I rate this solution eight out of 10.

Oracle is not talking openly about EBS, they only want to sell cloud.
So, why do you think EBS it's a better fit for your company, than any option in clouds environments? At this time, it is the first question.
On the other hand, does your organization need a strong ERP, but at the same time needs to customize many processes, or does your organization need to comply with multiple regulations, but ERP Cloud (Oracle in this case), does not have strong localizations for your country? or does your organization has some kind of legal restrictions to go to cloud environments?
If your organization has decided to go to EBS, remember, you need good hardware (even intel-based is a good fit with Oracle Linux).
Choose wisely the modules you need to extend your ERP (remember you should pay for the licenses per named user per module, and all the modules have a minimum user's licenses sell).
Oracle is talking to extend EBS support to the early 2030s (at least), while they are working with the clients to move them to the Cloud.
The last EBS release is 12.2.10 (at least a couple of months back).

It best suits an enterprise. If you have multiple entities and have a presence in many countries you can definitely go with Oracle E-Business Suite.
If you have complex business processes and heavy integrations you can customize the product according to your complex business processes. Though it comes with a cost, it's doable.
There are a lot of integration options which is again a great plus for the product.
1. Grow your maturity organization in Processes. Breed Process owners and learn the advantages of an ERP like EBS to your labors.
2. Get Help from Oracle Support service or a Platinum or Gold Partner.
3. Listen to Oracle Consultants. Never and never and never change the pre-built process and application. Oracle EBS applications are Best-Practice and never lies to your organization.
4. Implement the Payroll and OTL modules in the second phase of implementing EBS.
5. Use final stable version, Like 12.2.10
I rate this application 8 of 10, (1 rate is deducted for UI and UX, 1 rate is deducted for some complex functionalities.)

I'm using the latest version of Oracle E-Business Suite. Around seven hundred people use Oracle E-Business Suite within my company. The solution doesn't require a lot of maintenance, but its maintenance has been outsourced to a third-party. I'm not an Oracle E-Business Suite expert, and everyone has specific requirements, but what I would tell others who want to start using the solution is that it would be ideal if the user can switch to a subscription-based product because the implementation becomes faster and the user experience is much better. Unfortunately, in India, it's so complicated in terms of processes and procedures, so mostly the market fights over on-premise solutions which is not the trend globally, and it's an issue here in India. My rating for Oracle E-Business Suite is seven out of ten.
We are Oracle partners. While we are partners, we've dealt with all different versions. The latest is 12.2.7. We have clients that have an on-premise deployment, and we can help them move to the cloud. It's important to find a good innovation partner, especially if there are plans to move to the cloud. Maybe the lifetime of E-Business Suite is maybe ten years for maximum. That's something to consider if you are coming up to that date. Overall, it's a very good solution. I'd rate it ten out of ten.

I rate Oracle E-Business Suite eight out of 10. I believe going to the cloud is much easier and faster. I advise people not to make a lot of changes initially. Implement it the way it is in the first round so you can leverage the benefits immediately instead of adding a lot of customization in the Oracle ERP.
The biggest selling points for Oracle E-Business Suite are business continuity, financial support, and accounting support. On a scale of one to ten, with one being the worst and 10 being the best, I would give Oracle E-Business Suite a nine. The only reason I would not give the solution a 10 is because you need a partner for everything you would like to do with the solution, things like implementation, maintenance, and upgrades.
I especially like E-Business Suite's data management functionality - I would say it provides perfect data management inside the app. I would advise anybody wanting to implement E-Business Suite to try to understand and implement standard functionality first before doing any customization. I would rate E-Business Suite as eight out of ten.
I have worked mostly with Oracle E-Business Suite. I'm using the old version of the solution. The new version I was just using it to try on my own environment, e.g. doing the installation from scratch and trying to do it on my own. Oracle E-Business Suite has general ledger, financials, and HR functions, but I'm not much into those, as I'm much interested in the installation and administration of the solution. I'm particularly interested in the patching and installation of Oracle E-Business Suite, and when there's an issue, I'm able to address the issue, e.g. in case there's a need for patching, I can do it. I was looking at the interface of the latest version of Oracle E-Business Suite, as I was trying it, and compared to the previous version, there were so many changes to the interface. For now, I cannot say what can be changed or added to this solution, because there were so many changes to its interface, but it was easy to navigate through when you are training. Because Oracle E-Business Suite is being used in a government department, I can only give a range in terms of the number of end users: more than 100 and less than 1,000. My role was usually to run some Oracle assessment tools to gather information, and those tools will teach you about the whole system when you gather the information, depending on whether you understand the information on the report, so that gave me a lot of insight. It was only me who took care of the deployment and maintenance of Oracle E-Business Suite, then there's only engagement with a specialist or a system admin when needed, but in terms of doing the assessment for the solution, I do it myself. My advice to others planning to implement Oracle E-Business Suite is to be patient, especially when you do the administration part, because the solution is so broad, so it depends on what you are doing, e.g. there are different specializations such as financials, general ledger, etc. In terms of the technical part of it, it will be a matter of time to learn and to download those free ISOs from Oracle e-Delivery, and then try them. Doing that will definitely help, the same way it really helped me with Oracle E-Business Suite. I didn't evaluate other products, because my specialty is Oracle database administration. I'm a database administrator, and I'm focused on the database, Linux, and Oracle E-Business Suite. They all work well together. My rating for Oracle E-Business Suite is eight out of ten, because of the price.
I have not evaluated the cloud version of this solution which is the latest version of Oracle Fusion. I can't say exactly at the moment what they must improve from it. Oracle E-Business Suite is best for financial transactions, especially for finance users. With respect to material and production planning, they are quite stable and we are happy. From that perspective, I recommend Oracle E-Business Suite I rate Oracle E-Business Suite a seven out of ten.

Anyone considering implementing this product should consider choosing the cloud versions, as that is where the world is going. However, keep in mind that the cloud version is not as flexible as on-premises. This is a world-class application that includes a lot of business processes from other ERPs that Oracle has acquired. I would rate this solution as eight out of ten.

We have a partnership. We do develop products together with Oracle. The version we are using is about two or three years old. It's not the latest. If you do work in advance and re-engineer the process really, even E-Business Suite implementation is faster with a process engineer. Don't allow too much creativity and too many custom requirements as most of the time the requirements are standard. People in the job want to do more things than they should. Re-look at the processes before mapping. That exercise should be done in parallel to implementation. I'd rate the solution at an eight out of ten.

We use Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Utilities. I started my career using Oracle Databases, and I am still using Oracle. I would rate Oracle E-Business Suite a six out of ten.
I would tell potential users that they need to understand the requirements and the time required to implement them. They can implement it separately in phases. Phase one is very simple. It's simple for finance, procurement, and inventory. After that, we can extend it step by step. They shouldn't implement several models at once as it's complicated. Oracle consultants should take more time to learn the product, and they have to understand the Vietnamese. They also take time to learn the product becasue it's very complicated. On a scale from one to ten, I would give Oracle E-Business Suite a seven.
The great differentiator of Oracle E-Business Suite is the ability to adapt to the business (most ERPs go the other direction), as well as the ability to communicate with legacy applications in the Agile way.
In addition to being a solution that grows and complements the rhythm of your business, it has the ability to live in local instances and in the cloud.
With great pleasure I can support you in the preparation of a personalized checklist so that you know everything you need for an efficient and accompanied start.
Greetings.

I have a lot of experience, and I work with many customers. I know what they require and which features they are looking for. I would like to see where Oracle E-Business Suite will take the roadmap. I don't know if they will invest more in the roadmap for EBS or investing in the cloud. In summary, this is a good product but there is always an area for improvement. I would rate Oracle E-Business Suite a seven out of ten.

Overall, on a scale from one to ten, I would give this solution a rating of seven. Oracle E-Business Suite is not for small businesses as, over a period of time, you will incur a huge cost when it comes to hosting. It's not just about application licensing, there is also hosting infrastructure, etc. It's not the functionality that's the problem for small entities, it's the overall cost. Smaller companies should go for something like AppDynamics, SAP Business, or NetSuite. Oracle is best suited for large organizations — from medium to large. It's a great solution for companies who grow quickly and need the best scalability possible. Unless you have a minimum user base of 3,000, you shouldn't be using Oracle. Oracle is for medium to large-sized companies that are projected to grow in one or two years. Otherwise, it will become a pain point for you because the IT expenses will shoot through the roof. As a product, as a functionality, if you check this particular prerequisite, I would definitely recommend it.

I would recommend Oracle E-Business Suite to other potential users. Overall, on a scale from one to ten, I would give this solution a rating of eight. We expect some additional features, of course. We are located in Turkey and there are many tax legislation rules, et cetera. There are so many binding processes that make customizing this product for Turkish districts complicated. For instance, it's easy to customize products for Japan, Kuwait, and Germany because their tax rules are not very complex. But in Turkey, tax rules are really complex and change every month. The government changes everything all the time. Adapting the product to these changes is not easy.
We are just customers and end-users. We don't have a business relationship with Oracle. I would recommend the solution to other organizations. Overall, I would rate the solution at an eight out of ten. We've been largely happy with the product's performance.
I would recommend this solution but with good implementation from the beginning. After implementation, you can build whatever you want. You can create any flow. We will continue to use this solution because we have the system license, but we will eventually move from Oracle EBS to another system. We are trying to go to HCM Fusion, but we have some problems with the management. That's why we haven't moved to Fusion. I would rate Oracle E-Business Suite a seven out of ten.

The suitability of this product depends on the requirements. For example, if somebody is starting from scratch and are looking for a new ERP, I would advise them to adopt a cloud solution like Fusion. On the other hand, if they are already using the E-Business Suite then I suggest upgrading it and continuing with the same infrastructure. I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.

Overall, this is a good product I totally recommend it. That said, there are some issues with the UX, analytics, and general complexity of it. It is very good from an executive perspective and a very good tool, but from the UX-perspective, it is old-fashioned. I would rate this solution a seven out of ten.
On a scale from one to ten there one is the worst and ten is the best, I would rate Oracle E-Business Suite as an eight-out-of-ten. I would recommend E-Business Suite to others who are looking into implementing it and sometimes do.
The advice that I would give to others who want to start using this product is that, in this day and age, you need to first evaluate different products. At the very least you would want to compare the E-Business Suite with the other Oracle cloud products. On a scale from one to ten where one is the worst and ten is the best, I would rate the Oracle E-Business product at an eight-out-of-ten.

My advice for anybody who is considering this solution is not to go with Oracle if you don't have much knowledge about it. In other words, don't buy the system based on the presentation by the marketing team. It is a very good system and I attest to it, but you need to have some personal experience with it. Have extensive discussions about your use cases, requirements, and what everything is going to look like. Also, you should have a team that understands the system before you buy it. Don't buy Oracle with the idea that you'll want assistance. Although it's a good system, you need to be cognizant of it before implementing it. I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.
Performance-wise and support-wise, everything is fine. I don't see any challenges. I would rate Oracle E-Business Suite a nine out of ten. It just needs to be a bit more user friendly.

Our relationship with Oracle is simplly one of supplier-customer relations. This solution is deployed in our organization on credit in two sides active-active. What I would tell other companies considering the solution is this: first, they need to know that it is an expensive solution. It's very expensive and therefore could only be affordable for companies that have a given level of revenue. Beyond that, I would say Oracle needs to be a fit for future use in terms of being cloud-native. Organizations should ensure their solution can run on other public cloud providers other than Oracle themselves. They need to have their permission that it can be deployed in AWS or Azure or Google. Right now, the cloud version that they have most likely locks to Oracle cloud itself and they just need to be aware they need the option and flexibility. I'd rate the solution seven out of ten.

For someone who has never used Oracle, I would tell them that it's not a user-friendly application, so it takes time to get your head around it. On top of that, Oracle is mostly done in Linux and Unix which is completely command-based so from an administration perspective, it's helpful to have some experience and knowledge because it's not a walk in the park. Landscapes change and so do the products and services. With that perspective in mind, I would say that although Oracle is a very robust technology and a leader in certain areas, it takes time to adapt to it. Other technologies are far easier to implement but perhaps the complexity makes the job more secure and challenging. I would rate this solution a seven out of 10.
Customers can run Oracle EBS on Oracle Cloud today.. If the client's needs and expectations are met and they are compatible with the regulations they are subject to, they can also think of running Oracle EBS on cloud.

When deciding on a solution, I suggest looking at the vendor, the stabiliy of the product and the tech support provisions. A business has to run smoothly, and the solution has to help ease that process.
I'd rate it an eight out of 10. It is very stable and has all the required functionality. It's very flexible and capable of integrations. I think the technology has some room for improvement and the lack of embedded reporting creates a need for external reporting.

I would rate this solution at nine out of 10 because there is always room for improvement. Oracle E-Business Suite is very customizable, with a lot of interfaces and processes that can be programmed in different ways. It provides a lot of workflow approvals for different business processes and is adaptable and scalable. I am a functional consultant for e-Business Suite (and training to go to the Cloud). My experience as a functional consultant covers these modules: GL, AP, AR, PO, FA, ENG, OM, INV, WIP, BOM, FAH, CE, CST.
This is definitely one of the more robust on-premise solutions. Given the sensitive nature of ERP financial information, there will always be concerns in taking such software to the cloud, which is why we still see a future for this software. It was recently announced that there will be at least one more version of Oracle EBS which will come out to satisfy customer demands.
Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) is considered the most extensive offering of amalgamated worldwide business applications available. Oracle EBS helps facilitate medium to large business enterprise organizations with the ability to enhance critical decision-making processes, streamline business procedures, minimize costs, and improve overall performance and productivity. Oracle EBS runs as a complement to Oracle Database software. The applications serve to automate such processes as supply chain...

If you need more help, contact me directly.
Hi
My advice to this organization are here:

I rate this solution an eight out of ten.
I rate E-Business Suite about seven out of 10. My advice for future users is to ensure you get the correct license.
We are migrating to the cloud version of this solution in the days ahead. I rate Oracle E-Business Suite a nine out of ten.
I rate Oracle E-Business Suite a six out of ten.
Be diligent when reviewing which partner to select.
I rate Oracle E-Business Suite on the Cloud an eight out of ten.
Greetings.

Saludos.
I would suggest getting a local implementor. I would rate Oracle E-Business Suite a seven out of ten.
Oracle is like any tier 1 ERP system, to improve it is going to take effort & change to your current way of working.
If you have a clear objective & good C-level buy-in, the project can be a breeze.
Speak to current clients to learn lessons, pick a good partner and get a plan that makes business sense.
Adopt the processes don’t change them.
Then it’s super.
This is still a good product and I would recommend it even though it doesn't suit us anymore. I rate this solution a seven out of 10.
Oracle is the best solution, I would recommend this solution to others. It covers a lot of models and is very good. I rate Oracle E-Business Suite a seven out of ten.
I would recommend Oracle E-Business Suite to potential users. On a scale from one to ten, I would give Oracle E-Business Suite an eight.
I'm a consultant. Our company has partnered with Oracle. I'd rate the solution seven out of ten.
I give it an eight out of 10 because it required some customization.
If your requirement is not so complex, give a try. For smaller ERP solutions, Oracle EBS is a complex solution which has complex requirements.
