Overall, I would rate the solution at seven. While process mining is beneficial for complex processes, it might not be necessary for simpler ones unless there are conditions that warrant its use. For an organization with numerous complex projects, process mining can be a valuable tool.
For organizations with complex applications and a need for extensive automation, Process Mining is a helpful tool to identify areas that can be automated.
I rate UiPath Process Mining five out of 10. Process mining is an excellent tool, but if the support and implementation are weak, no one will appreciate it, or they will say the wrong things about it. UiPath can improve because no one is perfect in this world. If you go to the server, you will find nobody is using UiPath. All the numbers are fuzzy. No case studies are coming in, so nobody is using it.

I would rate UiPath Process Mining an eight out of ten. While automating mining processes may incur higher costs in the short term, it offers numerous long-term benefits.
I would rate UiPath Process Mining eight out of ten. Streamlining processes with automation is extremely cost-effective using Uipath. There are other automation tools on the market but Uipath is the leader with many capabilities. UiPath Process Mining requires maintenance that can be done by one administrator.

For those who believe that streamlining processes with automation is not cost-effective, I would suggest gaining a better understanding of the concept. It's apparent that someone expressing such a view may not be well informed. Engaging in data mining, process analysis, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives typically leads to noticeable cost-effectiveness. In my perspective, this becomes evident as a positive outcome. Overall, I would rate it nine out of ten.

I would rate UiPath Process Mining seven out of ten. If someone believes that streamlining processes and automation are not cost-effective, I would suggest that their approach may not be optimal. Perhaps their implementation strategy was flawed, their chosen processes were not suitable, or their contract was overly expensive. In my experience, I have consistently achieved positive or highly satisfactory outcomes for clients. Therefore, it is likely that they need to refine their approach to address the issue effectively. Our clients are enterprise-level. UiPath Process Mining requires ongoing maintenance due to the dynamic nature of data and evolving business requirements. While the initial implementation may involve comprehensive requirements gathering and a robust solution, ongoing maintenance may be necessary to accommodate new data sources, data analysis perspectives, or additional tables and dashboards. However, these maintenance efforts are typically routine updates and dashboard refinements rather than major overhauls. I would rate the UiPath Community eight out of ten. I recommend implementing UiPath Process Mining, but it's crucial to have a well-defined strategy in place beforehand. Since it's a relatively new technology, it's often misconstrued as reporting. Therefore, we must carefully select the use cases we pursue and how we present them to the business or clients. Process Mining is distinct from traditional reporting and KPI dashboards, which often leads to confusion. It's essential to clearly articulate the distinction and emphasize that Process Mining delves into the intricacies of their processes, not merely providing KPI data.

Streamlining processes with automation is cost-effective. However, it is not for those looking to achieve a short-term goal. This is a long-term play. If you invest some time with the tool, you'll receive a very good ROI. There's so much data, it takes a while to really see the value. I'd rate the solution seven out of ten. I'd advise new users to understand the process first. Do a lot of brainstorming and understand each and every aspect of the business. It will help with building out. I'd also advise doing a POC first to see if you are going down the right path or not.

I haven't attempted to integrate the solution with other products just yet. I'm only using it and uploading it manually. I'm interested in integrating in the future. We're still in the POC phase. Generally speaking, one of its biggest advantages is the possibility of integration with features within the greater ecosystem. The product overall is good. It has enough views for analyzing processes, yet there are still no distinctive capabilities or features to pay attention to. That's just in relation to my own personal processes at this time. In the end, streamlining processes with automation will be cost-effective. A big part of our work is to help the client understand the processes and to show them, if they are working in the wrong way, how they can fix it and save money. By improving processes, customers ultimately will cut costs. You have to sync and streamline before you throw money in. I'd advise people to be careful about the input of data. Sometimes, specific forms or structures are needed. I'd rate the solution seven out of ten.

I would rate UiPath Process Mining a seven out of ten. Before automating any processes, they must perform process mining. If a process is inefficient and we try to automate it on top of that inefficiency, our automation will obviously be inefficient as well. We will not realize the return on investment. This is why we need to start with process mining. We can use UiPath Process Mining or any other tool on the market, but we need to understand what our process really is, see it end-to-end, visualize it, and then decide which areas to automate. This is the best way to do it, and if we do it this way, we will definitely realize the value. For maintenance, we have an agreement with UiPath. We have monthly calls with UiPath, where they discuss new features and initiatives, and we discuss the challenges we faced that month. They also have quarterly calls to share their vision for the quarter and how we can leverage their offerings. There is a maintenance cost associated with this support, but I am not aware of it. I think it is low because the licensing cost is also low. We also have a bandwidth for acceptance and protection services. We own, maintain, and deploy these services on a monthly basis, loading the full data each month. We do all maintenance in-house. However, if we encounter any issues with the cloud-hosted services, we go to the UiPath team for assistance, and they try to resolve the issue as soon as possible. First, we need to ensure that UiPath has connectors available for all of the source systems. Before starting the process mining exercise with UiPath, we need to sit down with UiPath and understand the process itself. Then, we need to define the process using certain metrics before proceeding with the mining process. Finally, we may not see a good return on investment because there could be multiple challenges in the process. We may need to stay with the process for other reasons. Therefore, we need to decide whether the process is suitable for mining. If the process is suitable, we need to get the potential return on assets from UiPath and verify the process.
UiPath Process Mining does require maintenance because there are a couple of instances where you try to change or delete the environment. Sometimes, you mess up some of the information or steps and need to create a new environment or repository. The solution requires some maintenance so that its dashboard and workflow list are always clean and have no redundant or unnecessary values and workspaces. It's just a cleaning activity, and the developer should do it in the first go. It is a best practice to have maintenance for UiPath Process Mining. Our firm deployed the solution to have an evaluation every two weeks. I advise users to get the right people involved, get the right logs analyzed, and then decide as soon as possible. Don't have a timeline of two to three weeks. It should be done quickly so that you can go ahead and have a fruitful result. Overall, I rate UiPath Process Mining an eight out of ten.

The solution is deployed on UiPath’s Azure cloud in our organization. If we are doing the procure-to-pay process, UiPath Process Mining is used in only one department. Depending on the use case, you can technically use it across multiple departments. Procure-to-pay and order-to-cash are very low-hanging processes. The solution could be used for many other processes, like manufacturing and PLM. Generally, it is used for procure-to-pay and order-to-cash within the finance accounts payable and accounts receivable departments. UiPath Process Mining requires minimal maintenance because we have to monitor the process. You first configure the process, make the corrections, and ensure that your corrections give you the desired KPIs. For that, you have to keep monitoring the process and fine-tune the process until you get the right KPIs. So, constant process monitoring is required to ensure everything is functioning. Choose your process wisely, do the analysis properly, and pick the right process for process mining. Otherwise, process mining will not give you the desired results, and you will blame the process mining technology for not working for you. Understand the process at length, choose the right process, and then apply UiPath Process Mining. Make sure the requirements for UiPath Process Mining are met for that process before starting it. Don't jump start in a very haphazard manner. Otherwise, you will end up saying that the solution is not good for me. UiPath Process Mining has helped us to automate and streamline procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processes. The solution is used for SAP systems, ERP systems like Oracle E-Business Suite, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, and PLM systems where structured log files are available. It isn't very easy to utilize the solution for streamlining processes because you need to map log files in a particular format. Humans leave a digital footprint when they interact with enterprise systems. Based on details such as user name, date and time stamp, and the screens they navigated, we need to test the log file and convert it into a format. Once it is in this format, you can forward it to the process mining tool. Then, it will generate insights and a dashboard. I wouldn't call it a very easy deployment. You need to have some SQL, data analysis, and data transformation skills. Different process graphs are available, giving you an end-to-end 360-degree view of the process. Firstly, it will show the process and then add the different deviations from the process. You can measure many KPIs, like how many days it takes on average to process one invoice, which invoices take the longest time, and which users have the longest pending invoices for a long time. A lot of such end-to-end dashboards are available. It gives you a very 360-degree view of the entire process. So, you can identify the bottlenecks and then fix them through automation, process improvement, or training. UiPath Process Mining is a very powerful tool because it is based on the AI ML model. So, the artificial intelligence machine learning pre built models are deployed. Since the models are already pre-tested and trained, they confuse the data we give in a structured format from the log file. Once the data fits the model, the model is able to come up with all the insights and the graph. UiPath Process Mining has a lot of transparency. An SME may remember only the key points or key paths followed. They may not remember how all the different cases were solved. With the UiPath Process Mining tool, you are backing the graph with data. For example, based on data evidence, you can tell that an invoice was processed 90% of the time through a normal channel, but 10% of the time, it went through a different non-compliant route. The audit teams can look at that data and understand the reason for the 10% deviation. The audit team can then create some more rules to avoid such deviations. UiPath Process Mining gives you visibility based on which you can follow the complaints and regulatory rules. You can also know where and why deviations happened, fix those, and make corrections to avoid similar deviations in the future. We can integrate the solution with other systems. UiPath Process Mining needs data from other systems. We can't find the data if it doesn't have data from other systems. You can automate based on automation opportunities shown in the data. When you automate, you can automate the systems involved in the process, such as SAP system, web-based application, Java application, or Windows application. These different systems through which humans perform tasks can be automated. Automating these systems can realize savings and reduce the time taken to complete the end-to-end cycle for one case. UiPath Process Mining helps empower the decision-making of the senior management team, product team, and accounts payable team. They can know what's really happening with the process. After making corrections, they can monitor the process and check whether the set KPIs are met. So, you have a complete picture of what's happening in the process, and it is based on data. It is not based on an SME's memory but on actual data in the last few years. It is evidential information backed up by good-quality data. It is very easy to use the data to correctly predict and proactively fix things. We were doing a project for the accounts payable team where 40 people were manually checking every invoice to see whether it had a matching purchase order. They had 1,00,000 invoices from different suppliers every month. With automation provided by UiPath Process Mining, we were able to release 35 employees to do some other work. We repurposed them across different groups to create additional efficiency. Using only five employees and the solution's automation, we were able to generate significant savings every year. Also, the 35 people's time is additional capacity, which can be leveraged for other value-oriented tasks. Although not entirely, UiPath Process Mining does reduce the total cost of ownership. This is because we are doing a lot of automation, improving the process, and doing everything on one platform tool like UiPath. We are not buying multiple tools from multiple vendors where the cost of licenses is different. Since it's all one platform, the total cost of ownership can be controlled and kept as minimum as possible. We have seen time to value and return on investment with UiPath Process Mining. You will have a good time to value when you pick the right process and involve the right business stakeholder. Otherwise, you might end up delaying the project, thereby increasing the time for realizing a return on investment. So, pick the right process, do the analysis properly, and then pick the right process for process mining. Then, you will have a very good chance of realizing the values much faster. There are different ways you can approach the problem. You can use process reengineering or BPM (business process management) tools. You can use Six Sigma techniques to reduce waste and make the process lean. Before applying automation, do a process analysis, process reengineering, apply Six Sigma methodology, and reduce the waste. Make the process as lean as possible before applying automation, and then you can magnify the benefits of automation. However, if you directly automate the process without fixing it, your automation will magnify the inefficiencies in the process. Overall, I rate UiPath Process Mining a nine out of ten.
I'm not sure of the overall transparency offered by process planning in our end-to-end processes and I don't have much experience with the solution. The time to value depends on the process and the people who work with it. If you can understand the process, and pick things up quickly, or have a good analyst to analyze the process, the time to value is quick. Automation is cost-effective. When you compare numbers before and after, you'll be able to see the difference automation can make. I'd rate the solution seven out of ten. I'd advise users to learn the solution. UiPath has a great Academy for studying the solution. It's important to do some online courses and learn the ropes. Start a project and try it out in real life.
My advice is to get used to the product first. Install the free version and play with the tool and the data. Then things will go smoothly. Every process has its own ups and downs. We identify the correct processes, and sometimes it is feasible and sometimes it is not feasible to automate them. This is a new technology, and when you use any new technology, there will be limits. Overall, it's a very good tool, and we have improved our revenue with it because a lot of manual tasks have been eliminated.
I'm using UiPath solutions end-to-end, so UiPath Process Mining, UiPath Task Mining, Automation Hub, and UiPath Studio. I don't remember which version of UiPath Process Mining I'm currently using. UiPath Process Mining is a hybrid architecture. The software is installed on my private cloud, and the data and analysis go on the public cloud. It's on the UiPath Cloud. The number of users of UiPath Process Mining depends on the number of clients, so I don't have this figure. My rating for UiPath Process Mining is a six out of ten because it still needs much improvement in scope. On the other hand, my rating for UiPath overall is eight because it's stable and a market leader. UiPath Process Mining is just a tiny part of UiPath.

Explore and do not look only from a technical side, but also have sufficient functional consultants who know the application and the processes in and out, to support the deployment. Together, they can deliver the final output. Otherwise, if you are too dependent on just the technical people, I do not think process mining will succeed in the company. I would rate UiPath Process Mining an eight out of ten.
I would rate this solution 9 out of 10. My advice is to try the new citizen developer. UiPath has also come up with a citizen developer suite. I'd recommend that. UiPath also has a test suite. We are experimenting with that now, but those are my two recommendations. The product is very good, very stable, very scalable, and secure. The only reason I wouldn't give it a 10 is because most of the other products are going the low-code, no-code way for applications.
I will undoubtedly use them because they are an excellent solution that I believe I should recommend to everyone. In fact, the entire UiPath suite is extremely user-friendly, which is why I consider it to be one of the best tools on the market. I would rate UiPath Process Mining a nine out of ten.
I rate UiPath Process Mining eight out of 10. New products are coming out like ABBYY OCR that claim they can do these things better, but they can't. The cost per page for UiPath is on the higher side, so that is the reason.
I would rate this solution 5 out of 10. It's good for doing traditional analysis, but if we have to do more, I think that's where they would lag behind their competitors.

My advice to anyone looking to implement UiPath in their organization would be to really take a look at what processes do the organization have that are highly repetitive and manual and provide value. This application is best for high value projects or high value initiatives. Automating something that doesn't matter is not worth it. Take a really hard look at the ROI of what you want to automate and see if it makes sense, and focus on the ones that generate the most ROI and value. UiPath will handle the rest and do a very good job. I would rate UiPath a 10 out of 10. Where the industry is at right now, there is plenty of growth. Everyone is trying to better, but where we are at right now, UiPath is at the top. Having seen UiPath work on projects, the flexibility that it allows developers to fix bugs among other things, makes it a 10.

I can definitely vouch for the product. It's extremely good and the R&D is very well done. Their product strategy is also very much on-point, as they keep improving the product year after year. For instance, when we started with it in 2017, UiPath was only able to do most things manually, but now they've got into artificial intelligence and machine learning and their product is able to read and do things that are completely changing process automation. I would rate UiPath Process Mining a seven out of ten.
I would advise others to think of its use cases before they start implementing it. They should use it for the right things. I would rate it an eight out of 10.

I rate UiPath 10 out of 10. It's as good or better than anything else out there I'm aware of. If you plan to implement it, I advise you to work with an experienced partner. It takes a specialized skillset with a combination of business and technical know-how to set UiPath up and to get the most out of it, you want to work with someone who knows.
There are two key things: one is to collaborate with the right UiPath partner. The second is to identify the right toolkit that will help you to get the ROI, especially when you want quick benefits or want to build confidence with the business. I recommend that you have all use cases backlogged and then discuss these items with the stakeholders, business process owners, and business stakeholders. Then, get everything vetted by an implementation partner. Also, discuss with UiPath if required and then implement the processes. On a scale from one to ten, I would rate UiPath Process Mining at nine.
I rate UiPath nine out of 10 because it's easy to develop, manage, and maintain. That's what sets it apart from Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate. It's a simple drag-and-drop interface, which allows for low code automation development. And that makes it pretty much different from other options that we have. For example, developing basic automation can take few hours in UiPath versus a few days in Automation Anywhere. Implementation-wise, this is a pretty easy model when it comes to having a cloud orchestrator versus on-premise. Going on the cloud has reduced the burden of needing dedicated administrators to manage and maintain the platform. Minimal administration is required to manage and maintain Orchestrator in the cloud. So that's the fastest way to onboard UiPath. But there is a lot of groundwork on the governance piece. So before even investing in UiPath or any other RPA platform, you need a solid governance framework and a foundation that will help you do the correct automation at the right time. Versus just doing anything using the tool. The tool is designed to do all types of automation but they need to be beneficial for the organization with good ROI and value realization.

I would advise others that want to implement this solution to train their staff well in the usage of this solution. They will require more than a 10-minute training session. It is important for them to understand that this solution is for gathering data and they will require additional consultancy to create robotic processes. Automation machines themself cannot create automatic processes. Humans have to assess the process, understand the bottlenecks, and create a better one with more value-adding activities. Many people think that they have the system and everything should be done by robots now, it is not how it works. I rate UiPath Process Mining a nine out of ten.
I started using the solution from the inception of my organization and make use of it solely. I am solely responsible for all deployment, maintenance and ancillary matters concerning UiPath. I recommend the use of UiPath Process Mining. As UiPath is really easy to understand and control, it is wonderful. It is really comfortable for development purposes. I rate UiPath Process Mining as a ten, since I feel pretty great working with it.

You really have to know the product and know how it works with the initial studio and who you want to talk to at what level to make sure that you can sell the product. Overall, on a scale from one to ten, I would give this solution a rating of nine.
We're consultants. We're not part of the partner program, which is probably what's causing the lack of sales support. Although, I have tried to get into the sales program. Even that is difficult. Their sales staff is so overwhelmed with opportunities that they're just not responsive. We're doing process mining, however, it also has the document understanding and all those other things that we need as well. We use both on-premises and cloud deployment models. In general, I would rate the solution at a nine out of ten. Even though they're moving so fast that they can't keep up with the documentation, that's sort of a good thing. They're making a lot of progress very quickly.
Definitely, I would recommend it. This is a very good tool. The inputs to this process mining are also very good. I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.

UiPath is a solid company. It's almost the best on the market today. Process mining is something that will help the RPA process because, in the end, those tools, like process mining/ process simplification and standardization are hand in the hand of RPA. Process mining will reach a certain level in the future. I think it is a company to look at and to invest in this technology. Grow with the company because it's a solid one. I would rate it a seven out of ten. In the next release, I would like for there to be a way to automatically do mining activity instead of recording yourself on the screen. The processes which are identified as the RPA candidates have to be thoroughly assessed. Unless and until the process is not qualified as a candidate, we should not take any chances by automating it. On a scale from one to ten where one is the worst and ten is the best, I would rate this as an eight. It is an eight rather than higher because there is always, something to do to make even a very good product better. The advice that I have for people considering adopting this product is that it is important to define scenarios in the beginning before starting to build them. It is best to start working with simple scenarios. After they have success with that, they can try things that are more complex. It is tempting to want to just jump in and do complex things right away, but it is important not to rush into complex development when using this kind of tool.

Overall, I rate the solution a nine out of ten.
I sell solutions such as UiPath Process Mining, Automation Anywhere, and Power Automate to my clients. My rating for UiPath Process Mining is seven out of ten.
We are the service provider. We are not the user, we are the service provider. We are partners with UiPath. I'd recommend the solution to other organizations. They have good partner management, and they have a good solution. However, the pricing is somewhat high, and they need to work on the pricing part. I'd rate the product eight out of ten.
I’d rate the solution nine out of ten.
I would rate UiPath Process Mining a nine out of ten.
I would recommend this solution to others. I rate UiPath Process Mining a nine out of ten.
From the development or technical perspective, you should have a basic knowledge of coding. If a customer is asking for some specific features, it becomes a little bit difficult. Therefore, it is always recommended to have sufficient knowledge. With a technical background, you can easily work with UiPath Process Mining. I have been working intensively on it, and I like it, but a few small features are missing. I would rate it a seven out of 10.
I would rate this solution a seven out of ten.
I would advise checking out academy.uipath.com. There are lots of videos for educational purposes. You can watch them if you want. I would rate it an eight out of 10. It is a good product for me.
I rate UiPath Process Mining seven out of 10. It's good. I haven't had any issues with it.
I rate the solution six out of 10.
I recommend this product and rate it a seven out of 10.
My advice for anybody who is interesting in UiPath Process Mining is to try it as a proof of concept, first, so that they can determine its capabilities. I would rate this solution a nine out of ten.
I rate this solution a seven out of 10.
Overall, on a scale from one to ten, I would give this soluting a rating of eight.
You really have to know the product and know how it works with the initial studio and who you want to talk to at what level to make sure that you can sell the product. Overall, on a scale from one to ten, I would give this solution a rating of nine.
Overall, this product is very useful. I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.
I would rate UiPath Process Mining a seven out of ten.
On a scale from one to ten, I would give UiPath Process Mining a ten.
I rate UiPath Process Mining an eight out of ten.
I would rate UiPath Process Mining a seven out of ten.
I wouldn't recommend this solution. I would rate this solution a four out of 10.
UiPath Process Mining is very good, and absolutely a product that I can recommend. That said, it still has to mature somewhat. I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.
I would definitely recommend this product. I would rate UiPath Process Mining a six out of ten because I haven't used it much.
One of the things that I will suggest for people looking into this type of solution is to also look into task mining. That is another complementary feature within process mining that is going to allow users to see all their processes from a more detailed perspective based on individual tasks within the processes. On a scale from one to ten where one is the worst, and ten is the best, I would rate UiPath Process Mining as a nine-out-of-ten. The capabilities are strong and the product performs at a high level.
Similar to other products on the market.
The processes which are identified as the RPA candidates have to be thoroughly assessed. Unless and until the process is not qualified as a candidate, we should not take any chances by automating it. I would say that the process identification is a key part and the business owners who own that particular process should come up with an assessment. On a scale of one to ten - I would rate this product a ten.
I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.
I would recommend ProcessGold, but I think the price has to come down. It's too high. On a scale of one to ten, I would give ProcessGold an eight.
I think ProcessGold is a great tool for process mining and I recommend others to use it. You will start noticing the great benefits of process mining that ProcessGold offers right away. No wonder ProcessGold is a world-leading vendor of Process Mining enterprise software at the moment. I know that ProcessGold can help you as it helped me.
The solution will be helpful for a person who has some admin and some managerial experience, but it won't be helpful for a person who has a technical background.
You should integrate this solution with process re-engineering also. For example, right now we have more focus on automation and intelligent automation in the UI path. At certain times, it can be costly to do automation or real-time automation. A customer might be looking towards the future. I would rate this solution as eight out of ten.
