UiPath Process Mining is expensive. Celonis is cheaper and offers more value. It's highly effective, but they need to use the right tool in the right way. If everyone buys a Ford but no one drives it, people will feel that Ford isn't a good car. However, if everyone is driving a Honda, it may be a less well-known car, but everyone thinks it's great because they see it on the road.

The pricing is on the higher side. Our maintenance expenses are tied to the frequency of our operations and the level of support we receive. I understand that there is a fixed fee, as well as a variable component based on the volume of our usage.

UiPath Process Mining pricing is comparable to other tools in the market. I believe Celonis offers a three-month licensing option, but I think it's on par with the other tools. I'm not entirely sure about the field licensing as I primarily work as a partner. I'm not certain about the specific pricing tiers, but I'm confident that it's in line with other market offerings.

Licensing costs for UiPath are very reasonable, in my opinion. This is because most companies already have a UiPath ecosystem in place, meaning they have deployed UiPath bots. UiPath offers both process mining and task mining capabilities, which are relevant to any automation team that uses UiPath RPA bots. Compared to other players in the market, UiPath's licensing costs are very reasonable. I would not say that UiPath is very cheap, but it is a good value for the price.
In my opinion, UiPath Process Mining is a bit overpriced. Maybe I'm saying this because I've never seen the actual end-to-end ROI calculation. I've seen the solution to be fruitful. I've been in discussions with managers willing to have UiPath Process Mining, but they want to see whether it is fruitful. UiPath Process Mining is a bit overpriced for someone considering the solution without knowing for sure whether it will help them. If its price is lowered, people will consider UiPath Process Mining more.

Pricing-wise, UiPath Process Mining is a winner. Celonis is very expensive. Compared to Celonis, UiPath Process Mining offers value for money. UiPath Process Mining is not very expensive, and that is where it beats Celonis. Celonis has been a market leader with its product for 10 to 12 years. UiPath Process Mining is much, much more affordable than Celonis.
The price depends on the number of bots you take. There are a lot of open-source tools that are free. When you go for UiPath, it will cost more. But if you compare it with Blue Prism, that solution is more secure and more costly. UiPath is average in terms of price.
UiPath Process Mining has different licensing types for users, developers, end-users, or designers. I don't have the figures, price-wise, but because my company is a UiPath partner, there's some discount offered when you buy in bulk. UiPath provides a good deal if you're a bulk user. UiPath Process Mining gives you value for money compared to some of its competitors in the market.

The setup is very good and explained well. People who are at least accustomed to this automation in UiPath, can read and go through the process without a problem.
The licenses are flexible, they start once they are activated. The license is purchased annually. The cost of the solution is very good compared to other similar solutions.
It's reasonable. It provides you with all the basic features that somebody would expect. If those basic features are what you're looking for, I think UiPath is reasonably priced compared to some of the other tools.
There is an annual subscription. It could be cheaper in my opinion, but it is still more affordable than other OEMs. This solution probably would not be ideal for people in the startup environment. Tech support is included with the enterprise license.

Our licensing for UiPath Process Mining, and the various tools such as Studio Orchestrator, is all paid for on an annual basis. However, with the Document Understanding feature, the licensing is per page. So if we're going to read some 20,000-30,000 pages, that becomes one separate licensing stack.
There is a standard licensing fee, which is charged for the products, but it is very module-driven and depends on your utilization or your team size. Compared to that of other providers, the cost is average or below average. So, from a pricing perspective, it's not very high. For example, let's say you are developing a new process that has to be a fully automated process without any manual intervention. You will then need to buy a robot, a studio, which you have to use for development, and an Orchestrator to deploy that bot. You will also need one non-production license for your test environment. So, there will be three to four different products that you have to plug together and buy as a package, but each will have its own individual licensing cost. When you have to scale, you can scale as many licenses as you need to for development and for running the bots in production.
The license is around $40,000 yearly. Technically, that's the lease price. But UiPath told us to go through our distributor, and by doing so, we've saved at least 50 percent of the costs. So it's now around $24,000. That is pretty cheap compared to Blue Prism or any other vendor out there that offers a combination of the same features. You do need to purchase an additional license to get Insight licenses. We were the beta testers of UiPath's Insight application, which is purely on the analytics side. A lighter version of insights should be embedded into Orchestrator itself inside the standard offering of the UI without the extra license costs. So that way, we could track the number of processes, exceptions, success rate, and calculations in a single platform without buying any additional licenses.

The price of the solution could be lower. However, Automation Anywhere is approximately $8,000, and when comparing these solutions, UiPath Process Mining is less expensive. The license for the solution is purchased annually.
Licensing costs are on an annual basis. In addition to the standard licensing costs we incur fees with a vendor here in Guatemala. I am referring to the service provider license and it is in respects of us being a public organization.
We are using the Community Version of UiPath and have only a single process automated. At this point, we are just testing and treating it as a PoC, so we do not have immediate plans to acquire licenses.
UiPath doesn't clearly define the pricing models, which makes it very hard for customers. They have a wonderful product. If I could just find out how much it costs so I could buy it, it might be a lot nicer. Currently, I have approximately five opportunities to implement this solution and I can't even tell people for sure how much it's going to cost to run it.

We are currently working on an ELA (Enterprise Licensing Agreement), but usually, the pricing of Process Mining is based on an annual subscription. The cost per year depends on the users and what the clients are able to negotiate with their salesperson. The use case factors into the cost in the end.

Considering that the solution is not fully stabilized and is not a mature product, the pricing can be further reduced. I expect it to be a little bit lower, especially during this time because it is in a maturity curve so they are ramping up the product. I expect it to be a little lower than what it is.

We pay around $200,000 for licensing the product. We also have additional costs. There is a yearly maintenance fee that is 20% of the license. So that comes to an additional $40,000 a year for the maintenance and support.

Since it's a former client, they are generally UiPath resellers. They already have that connection with UiPath so they get a cheaper expert. But if we are looking for other deployments, they become really expensive because the ROI is difficult to attain for small scale businesses.
UiPath Process Mining is a process mining solution that provides businesses with a detailed understanding of their processes using the data from their organization applications (like CRM and ERP). In addition, UiPath Process Mining helps identify process pain points and bottlenecks and discover process improvement opportunities in order to increase efficiency, thereby reducing overall business costs.
