OCI is the cost-effectiveness compared to other similar services, assuming all compliance regulations are met. Additionally, they offer a number of things free of charge, which is particularly beneficial for smaller clients. They meet the standard and the price is low. They do have a few limitations, specifically with their Standard Oracle Databases, the Standard Edition. I rate the price of OCI a nine out of ten.
