We are currently evaluating Workday, Oracle Cloud, and SAP SuccessFactors. What are the biggest differences between them? Which would you recommend?

Oracle: "simple interface and deep customization to suit the purpose."
SAP: Multiple functionalities that increase process efficiency.
Workday: My main focus is security & they appear to have this fairly well covered, although better UK only coverage would be an improvement.
