We are using NNMI, UCMDB, SMACS, and OBM. Operations Bridge is being used between Sfax and OBM to forward all the events to Smacks for ticket creation and SLA management. NNMI is used from an operations perspective to move forward with events.
I used this solution as an umbrella for many different types of monitoring systems. It provided various tools for application performance management models and also for user experience models, monitoring business processes, and many other activities.
The solution is mainly used for server monitoring as well as consolidation integration with the various data sources. We use this for where we want to consolidate event performance rates and capture all those tools that were a single unit.

This solution is used for centralized infrastructure and application monitoring. It will take monitoring data from other tools and contribute to the central repository. Sometimes it is integrated with the service desk to create incidents when something goes wrong. I have used versions of this product for Windows and Linux, and they are slightly different.
We primarily used it for monitoring. We used the desk portal that you have for IT support. We also installed the OBi and the BBD to do a lot of the analytics and to prevent difficulties within the BBD dashboard.
