I primarily use Microsoft Teams as a communication tool for online meetings. Over the past year and a half, I’ve started using it more extensively to access other parts of my information system, such as OneDrive and Calendar. I also use it to invite people to meetings and manage various functions from the menu.
I use Microsoft Teams mainly to communicate with other office users, send messages, and collaborate on files. We’re trying to create a group in Teams to use as a central database for posting files. I also use the calendar to coordinate schedules so everyone knows what’s happening. Teams are also used for video and audio calls and setting up meetings with both internal and external users.

We've got different groups for each course at the university on Teams, so we use it mostly as a communication platform with students and staff. We use the file-sharing function, which is based on SharePoint. The file-sharing function is connected to the SharePoint platform, we mostly use this, and most of the time, these components are integrated with Office applications like Excel or PowerPoint. We don't have the email function in Teams. We use a separate software for that, and unfortunately, we don't have the Calendar function.
Our primary use case for Microsoft Teams is facilitating collaboration among internal company teams and external users. Teams integrate seamlessly with other Microsoft 365 products, such as Outlook for calendar management and Cobweb for additional functionalities.
I contacted, coordinated, and integrated project teams regarding assignments and follow-up actions instead of using email, weighing the pros and cons. We can view Microsoft Teams as a cloud-based project platform for sharing files, assigning tasks, designating assignees, sharing real-time information, and collecting project tasks. It provides each teammate with their own cloud storage space to store data, and standard operating procedures (SOPs), and facilitates the exchange of group knowledge within the workspace. For project planning and monitoring purposes, Microsoft Teams replaces traditional conferences, phone calls, and weekly reviews. Additionally, for seamless integration with Office 365, Teams works seamlessly with other Microsoft Office 365 applications such as Word, Excel, and SharePoint. This makes it easy to consistently create, edit, and share documents, streamlining revisions.

In my organization, we use Microsoft Teams and SharePoint for collaboration purposes. Microsoft Teams is the best collaboration platform since everything is integrated with the product. Most of the users of Microsoft in our organization are familiar with its technologies, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, making it easy for the end users to use SharePoint and Teams.
The primary aim was to enable remote work, organize meetings and utilize it as an instant messaging tool across the organization. We have around 2000 users on Microsoft Teams. Teams reduced our high traveling costs too as we are conducting training sessions remotely instead of visiting branches. We have a large network of branches across the country and abroad. Teams has strong integration with Office 365 tools which helps with collaborating on documents shared during meetings and conversations with team members in the groups.
Teams is mostly for internal purposes. We use it to communicate between our company with colleagues. Instead of sending emails all the time, we have Teams just to send documents or communicate for anything, even creating groups.
We use this solution for communication internally and with our outside customers. It is on cloud, and we are installing the desktop version on our workstations. There are also cases that we are using the cloud, the web edition, because you can login to your account from any workstation. It is deployed across our whole organization, so we are multinational. Currently, I'm in the Philippines, but we also have our team members in Taiwan, Singapore, and Malaysia. Everyone is using Teams, and we're communicating using Teams.
We use Microsoft Teams in venture employment and internally we use it on a daily basis to communicate with offices, departments, and anything related to keeping the communication within the organization.

We use this solution for all the meetings that we used to have on premise. In the current situation, Teams is a good alternative. We are customers of Microsoft and I am chief specialist of MMS.
Microsoft Teams is used, in our case, to collaborate with all internal employees, to work on offering some proposals, and to work together online on files in Word and Excel. We largely use it to collaborate online and to have video meetings with customers. We can integrate SharePoint sites with other people. We have libraries that are available within Teams so that people can sync those libraries to their local drives and therefore will have the most up to date information and documents at their disposal.

We use this solution both for our internal team as well as with our customers and suppliers who participate in some meetings. We are a corporate partner of Microsoft and have an integrated package with all the licenses from Microsoft. It includes the majority of products such as Office 365, SharePoint, and Azure. I'm the senior project manager, IT services.
Our company is moving from their Skype for Business to Teams. So I've seen it, I've looked at it, I've used it somewhat enjoyed the UI. Teams has been very friendly. I have no qualms about going to Teams from Skype. I have yet a lot to discover.
The primary use case of this solution is as a collaboration platform. We use it extensively for online meetings, chat, creating specific team related sites, and sharing content between the team members.

Primarily we are using Microsoft Teams to facilitate collaboration during events and meetings. All of our meetings are voice and video. We are also using it for document sharing. We use a file folder structure for maintaining all of our documents. There are version controls for projects that are completed and help to maintain the documentation.
We primarily use the solution for team conversations. For example, I use it for filing team documents, although, for individual notes and things of that nature, I might use OneNote. I'm using it more and more now for video conferencing within the organization. I haven't really used it too much outside of the organization, although my plan is to use it outside of the company in the near future. Began using for team documents and plans. Teams provides a strong capability to consolidate all collaborative capabilities related to a team in one platform. This is especially important for project teams where the team members are spread across geographic locations and time zones. Incorporates improve and new collaborative tools such as Lists, Plans, Tasks into the tool that integrate into Outlook for notification and response to the assignements. These capabilities are truly game changing in project management and delivery in the COVID-19 world

We use it for all communication between product development, product management, technical support, field teams, and other stakeholders. It is our primary vehicle for all communications. We have used it extensively to share content, such as spreadsheets, docs, PowerPoints, and other product related materials, for R&D and internal teams (e.g., the technical and field teams) as well as customer-facing documentation. With the recent COVID-19 forcing all our team members to work remotely, this solution has been an invaluable resource where we can easily set up virtual meetings (with or without video conferencing).

Our company is small, with only six people. I work out of my home, and one of my colleagues does as well. The two of us used this solution for instant messaging and bits and pieces like that. We didn't actually use the full service because we're not a big company. We don't have an instant messaging infrastructure, so we use Teams instead. My other colleagues did not use it because they are mobile and do not sit at a desk during the day. We stopped using it because my coworker is on maternity leave and will be off for another year. However, when she returns, we will probably go back to using Teams.
