In my company, we use AutomationEdge as an RPA tool, which has to automate the automatic functions within our company on a daily basis for repetitive tasks. We need to automate the aforementioned functions in a short period of time with AutomationEdge.

I work in the banking sector, and we use AutomationEdge in my organization to provide customer service, for which we need to build various software tools to automate tasks and many processes. There is a need to build a bot and a process before running that process on AutomationEdge.

I have heard that AutomationEdge provides a few beneficial services, like the ability to do coding from scratch. If we want to change your processes, we can code it from scratch, making it a beneficial feature of the product.

We use the product automation of business processes for banks and financial institutions.

The product's most valuable features are desktop automation, concurrent processing and multi-threading, and technology products like OCR, Chatbot, AIM, analytics, and reporting dashboarding capabilities. It helps us with cost optimization and easy implementation.

AutomationEdge allows me to manage the flow since we have to automate a lot of processes, especially a lot of manual processes that generally take 72 hours or sometimes 90 hours, to do using Excel forms. So now, we can optimize that in less than five minutes.

AutomationEdge was utilized to manage the patch process for banking patches, which involves a considerable amount of data. Improving the time required for this process is crucial, as it could potentially save us up to 24 hours, depending on the patch volume. Fortunately, AutomationEdge significantly improved the processing time, resulting in a helpful ten to fifteen-minute time for the overall patching process.

Our primary use case for the solution is providing RPS services to our customers who are service providers to us. We implement AutomationEdge for different customers while providing the service.

AutomationEdge is an automation platform allowing us to implement it on the customer base and then develop use cases for them. The use cases do not have any direct interaction with the AutomationEdge. We deploy both on cloud and on-premises based on the customer's preference.

AutomationEdge benefit has a robotic RPA benefit which many companies can provide. There are many players in the market, like AutomationEdge, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, and Blue Prism. So the benefit varies based on commercial partnerships.

We use the solution to automate processes within our company such as sales and controller areas.

In the past, any information and activities were conducted manually. Now with AutomationEdge, all our operations are automated. 

I use AutomationEdge for enterprises to create automation for processes, such as creating users and emails.

The best thing about AutomationEdge is that most of our use cases were based on manipulating Excel sheets for reports. In our company, we found it handy when manipulating reports in Excel using AutomationEdge.
