I'm a customer. I've used the solution both at work and in my personal life. However, I do not use it professionally anymore. Professionally, we had Symantec for a number of years. We ended up dropping that here about a year and a half ago since, quite frankly, we couldn't get Symantec to answer our emails. We were basically told that we were told through a vendor that the size of my state agency that I work for was not big enough to warrant the attention of Symantec after they got purchased by Broadcom. I do still use Symantec personally on my home devices. It's more of a retail product and no longer at the commercial level. And I do use the solution for mobile protection purposes. I've used the mobile product on my phone, and it seems to be fine. This may be due to the fact that attackers do not go after phones as much as they would go after laptops. I'd advise potential users to do the research and figure out which is the best option for them. What might work for me may not work for them. It may not have the features that they want. That said, the price point is good. I'd rate the solution eight out of ten for mobile. The PC option is a bit bloated.
